Order taker Didn’t offer straws When kindly asked she gave me a sad
Visited on a Sunday Was at the window at 9:56 was just going to get one drink lady saw me and continued to work wiping down some counter tops until 10:02 when she finally came and said sorry already closed Worst service ever I stayed watching her clean and she hadn’t even cleaned the machine she would have used to make my drink
I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of the products.

This place doesn’t sell coffee. I asked for a coffee and guy said “ok an Americano” I said no a coffee please and went back and forth about how a americano is espresso and hot water. Second guy came over to help and said they have regular coffee and took my order. Got to the window for them to say here is your americano for $4. And it was lousy. Even the standard Starbucks coffee is still under $4 with 3 varieties and baristas know the difference between coffee and americano. I understand fancy coffee is the trend, but please just be upfront and say we don’t sell coffee at Dutch bros COFFEE so I could have saved my $4

Great quality coffee, great service. Only complaint I got is that it seems like employees are forced to hold conversations with customers, which is weird.

About a year ago, shortly after this location opened, I left a review displeased about the amount of ice used and the volume of the music. Both of these issues have been remedied for me! I have had several fabulous experiences at this location and will continue being a customer for a long, long time! Try the iced molten lava mocha—it’s a delicious blend of creamy dark chocolate and warm cinnamon. My favorite!
Good overpriced coffee. The company need to invest in cup sleeves for cold drinks.
They have the BEST variety of sugar free coffee, teas, and drinks in the area and they are always so kind and smiley. PLUS the quality of the coffee is so good & smooth. I'm a big fan of this place :)

Today was my first time going to a Dutch Bros and after my experience today this might be my new go to! The blond young lady taking orders and the young lady with curly red hair and cute glasses went above and beyond! The vibe they gave off really made my trip special.
Love the rebels and so many flavors to choose from. The staff is always awesome rain or shine very friendly. Oh and the chai's are so good too I have yet to find a flavor I did not like. I recommend using the app that way you get free drinks.

Fast service and a super friendly staff. This chain isn't my favorite, but this location is definitely well run and always easy no matter how crowded or busy the lines are.
I drink A LOT of coffee, but from Dutch Bros, I always get a Rebel energy drink. You can add any flavors that you want. My personal favorite is blue raspberry and Kiwi but they probably have 20 different choices of flavors. The employees are always in such a great mood and start my day off with positivity. I love coming here! P.s. if you download the app and remember to scan your Dutch pass each visit, you can earn points towards free drinks. And on your birthday, you get a birthday reward that is good for any drink, any size and any extras. The birthday reward is good for one whole month too!
