I’m a high schooler and I waited for 20 minutes and gotten ignored the people working there are so rude! Me and my group of friends were all skipped because cars were still coming in even tho we were there before those cars it’s so dumb.On the grind don’t treat adult and students equally

I tried the cinnamon drink iced and it was mostly cream not much cinnamon taste!
Drinks aren't the best too much caramel on their signature drinks. It was like drinking more sugar than coffee. Also we weren't impressed with who was taking our order, as if they were in a rush. We are paying customers we don't want to be overwhelmed.

Friendly service. The taste of their (hot) drinks is less than stellar. I’ve not tried any cold ones. It surprises me hong long their lines are. Neither me nor my husband enjoyed their drinks.

The worst customer service ever. Abby was so rude and the coffee was horrible. I Literally threw it away. Save your money and go to Starbucks!!

I love the hot Mexican Mocha in winter and the smoothies and lemonades in summer. Friendly and efficient staff, most of the time.
