Did not fill up my drink. When asked where the rest of it was, instead of fixing it, I overheard a young lady in the back say “ I put a whole Red Bull in there”. Ridiculous.
Friendly service, fast. Delicious!
I ordered a medium red raspberry red bull and about 2 inches of my drink was missing!!
Staff was nice and service was great. I was in and out with my coffee. They have a variety of options if this is your first time at On-the grind.
***NO MILITARY DISCOUNT*** UPDATE: This location has steadily gotten faster. It may have been the new employees and the new location, but now they are cranking the drinks out swiftly. They have a walk-up window and a drive-through, which is helpful if you are getting your car washed next door or your oil changed on the other side. Great location! There is one minor thing I wish they would do. The hot drinks come out piping hot, and I appreciate that. The problem is they double cup instead of the hot sleeve. That would minimize waste on their end and reduce the waste for the environment. I was expecting the service to be faster, but it wasn't. I ordered a medium blender, and although it tasted like a milkshake, I couldn't taste the coffee. That was a bummer! I was the second person in line. The person before me had been at the window for a good 4 minutes. I pulled up, and there were two employees, and my drink hadn't even been started. All in all, it took over 10 minutes to go through the drive-through.
Drinks are always on point! Always quick too!

Had to redo my review because yall couldn't break a 50 for a $20 order. Carry change. Not everyone wants to swipe their card. Good thing starbucks was able to break my 50.

It’s been so weak the last 3/4 times. The flavor is gone. No longer going here which is sad. $6 coffee needs to be worth it. Tried paying for extra shots of coffee but didn’t help
Staff was friendly and smiled throughout the process. The coffee was delicious. Definitely would go again. GOD bless them all.
The old crew was a lot better. Love on the grind but this location is slacking lately . Ordered two Hawaiians ice coffee and they tasted watered down . Another day they messed up our Red Bull orders. And the last time they charged my three times for one coffe. The guy messed up on the tablet , typed the order in twice and I even tipped , but when I got to the window the girl said no it didn’t go through. I checked my accounts and sure enough they charged me three time . Will not go back for a while hopefully the staff gets better.

OTG had really started off with a strong hold on the coffee bean drive thru market.. however as a family of 7 we have all noticed the steady decline in quality and service at this location as well as the one on pat booker. Last weeks visit our Grinder was nothing but sweet and overpowering zero coffee. Fast forward to my current visit and why I'm making this review. Longggg lines and no organization I know the manager is fantastic that's no doubt but the staff seemed to rely on her speed to pump drinks out for them. I feel some training would help speed up window time and the accuracy on drink taste.
