10:30 am there was one person in front of me in the drive-thru line of what I was hoping would be an alternative/competitor of Starbucks. But it was taking so long for that one order, I parked and went to the walk-up window. I placed my simple order (a small latte with an extra shot) and waited several minutes while new drive-thrus and walk-ups got their orders. The helpful friendly worker apologized and said the barista used the wrong milk. What? I didn't ask for anything special! It wasn't busy and I counted 5 people working and I still waited a very long time! When I finally got my coffee it tasted very bland so I put some sugar in, but then couldn't fit the cover back on so I couldn't drive away. I drove back to the drive-thru window, asked them for another shot (because it tasted like nothing) and a new cover. The 1st nice worker said they'd make me a new cup but I insisted they just add a shot because I couldn't wait any longer! (I had already waited well over 10 minutes!). Driving to the other window another very nice worker apologized and told me they had a new barista that they failed to watch/help. True and okay, I guess I can accept that but only if the latte was good. It wasn't! My coffee latte tasted like dishwater! I was hoping it would be good, but it was horrible. Never again Razzle Dazzle Me Not. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the staff was very nice.
I go almost everyday, everyone is super friendly, prices are not bad, especially for food items, and they are very quick
Love my Carmel Freeeezions!!! With Carmel drizzle and whip, and extra shot, duh! Sooo good. Can we get these in XXL? 😁
This place is just awesome! This is why I love supporting local, because this couple, assuming the owners, were so nice, and the drinks he made were so good! If you are in the are, or staying at Kalahari, go support them.
Round rock location needs to update thier hours. I constantly go during the listed hours and they are never open. The coffee is amazing though
By far the best coffee shop in town! The owner, Cory, smile is so cantigous. I always leave satisfied with not only my coffee but service :) Spreading joy one drink at a time <3
I go here for their baked goods. They have limited options but.. love love love their scones. Must try - Blueberry lemon scone.
Was looking for a local coffee shop. I do not like Starbucks and want to support smaller business. They had a special running for pumpkin spice lattes :) and I ordered the orange cranberry nut muffin. Muffins are so moist gewy deliciousness. Coffee was sooo smooooth! I got the hot latte with almond milk! Prices don’t break your bank and the staff is so friendly :) I went back the very next day. It’s my new spot.
Friendly staff. Drive up and walk up available with a couple of tables outside. I had a medium soy milk latte with an extra shot. Good coffee that is nice and smooth with no bitter after taste.
This was my first visit to Dazzle, but it will not be my last! I wanted to treat my family to coffee and donuts, but on the return home I was forced to slam on my brakes to avoid a vehicle from hitting me. Needless to say, four medium coffees spilled all over the passenger floor. I returned to Dazzle to repurchase my order, but instead they replaced them free of charge! More importantly than that, the person at the window showed genuine concern for my situation. Dazzle Coffee & Smoothies just made a new customer for life! Thank you!!!
I love this place. As a small business owner I like to support other small businesses. But beyond that, it simply tastes better than another big name competitor. Super Friendly staff. The lines move quickly. And as a bonus they offer free treats for your fur babies. My personal favorite is the iced coffee, add sugar free chocolate, heavy cream and 2 stevia for a delicious Keto Friendly pick-me-up.
Wonderful place with awesome employees. They have a lot of interesting drinks and great breakfast pastries. They alos have lavender flavoring.
I don't know if it's love they add to their coffee, but dagnamit, it's delicious! The staff is also so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them!
A 4.7 rating is unacceptable for this coffee joint! It’s a ten and I would give it that if I could! I ordered a large coffee Frezian for the first time I’d been there and immediately I noticed the flavor was far superior to Starbucks! The flavor was different from Starbucks but the texture was out of this world! It’s blended to the finest degree and as smooth as butter! They use Ghirardelli chocolate (one of the finest chocolates in the world and not a lower rate chocolate like Hershey’s) A large Frezian is only $4.40 (that’s lower than Starbucks) I could taste that they don’t use unfiltered Round Rock water either, they filter and use reverse osmosis and I could tell that from the first sip. I have a culinarily degree and a extremely high sense of taste and smell so I know great when I taste it! That’s going above and beyond for its customers so their products taste superior to other coffee joints. I spoke with the owner this morning and he told me I can buy the ingredients without ice so I can make it at home. My only complaint is that it closes at 2pm and that’s because of the pandemic and losing employees during that time. So please everyone, anyone that needs a job and would like to work at a great place, APPLY AT DAZZLE NOW so they can expend their hours til 6pm as it was before. Also the employees have all been happy, bubbly people and they ask you how you are and how your day is going unlike most drive thru places that take your order and then shut the window on you. I highly recommend Dazzle to anyone that like or loves good coffee. I will be back again and again. Marcia Patterson
The staff helped me so much, I was there today for the first time and had no idea what to get, I purchased two drinks and they are delicious! I will definitely come back, I like them better than Starbucks for sure!
Love my decaf Mocha, 2 Stevia, no whip, almond milk. I've had this same drink at Dazzle for almost 10 years.
The staff is always so bubbly and kind. They have GREAT coffees and even better recommendations. Making this my new go-to!
I've been to other Dazzles and they were okay but not great. I went to this one and was sad all the way around. I got an iced white chocolate mocha latte add protein and a slice of lemon poppy bread. The protein was straight nasty which is okay, it happens. It was chunky though and I think not added correctly. The lemon poppy bread was dry and didn't have any flavor. It was all a miss and the baristx was kinda catty. :(
Love this place! The coffee is amazing. Glad I found it. It has become my favorite coffee spot. Customer service is ALWAYS great.
Absolutely my favorite place to go when I'm home from college! My aunt loves the blackberry freezian, but I'm more of a hot apple cider person.
