I love the jalapeños kolache
I’ve always had trouble with this Shipleys, I have gotten donuts with green specs of mold on them and immediately gave the donuts back they always end of saying that’s not mold it’s fresh, then what are the green specs on the donuts??? Always giving me trouble when I just want my money back after giving them their product back. I don’t know they need to be inspected.
Had to wait a bit on the donuts, but all of the food was hot and very good.

No chocolate filling in the "Chocolate filled" donuts. I instead received plain unfilled glazed donuts. My coworker was not happy. I called ph# only to get a recording saying that "everyone is busy serving customers and try back later". Pretty frustrating when you spend someone elses money and don't bring them what they asked for. 😒 The lady at the window was polite so kudos there.
Donuts are old…it’s 9:30am on a Sunday. I wasn’t expecting this..disappointed.

Why do I get cold donuts ? Because this place refuses to get a microwave . But they charge almost $4 for a kolache......and cold.!

Negative 5 stars... Never again will I go to this shipley's. I dared an apple fritter, one dozen kolaches and one dozen glazed donuts for almost 50.00. The fritter was tiny and burnt. The donuts were tough and the kolaches were over priced. I called two locations in Houston, pearland, leave city and even two locations in pearland the price for one dozen kolaches ranged from 12.99 to 13.99. Why is location charging almost 20.00 per dozen???
I don't care. You can never go wrong with Shipley's. Sometimes you just need that one bite lol 😜
2ed time getting old donuts at this Shipleys. 8am on a Sunday morning, line in the drive thur and i still get old and over cooked donuts. Not happy at all will not be going back here.

It’s 12:55pm and you don’t close until 2:00pm according to Google & the Sign on your doors, I’m pulling up I see other customers at the drive up window being attended, one employee runs out yelling to me that their closed! As I start to pull away I see more cars pulling in but their not being told anything, (so your open for them but not for me?) lol., ok. I guess it happens when your managers are not very motivated to to take care of customers, This place is a joke!, so now I’m 1/4-mile away at TacoCabana about to receive 14 breakfast tacos in less time than it took your employee to run out and lie to me about being closed so the crew could hopefully get off early on a Sunday, No problem but everything has a price you should know that, I’ll give you an other chance to screw it all up again in a few days we’ll see how many of these 1 star reviews it takes to start pulling your averages down where they belong.
