Overpriced from other Shipleys in the area. Hardly ever fresh and the prices change when ordering the exact same items. A dozen at others are 10 or 11 bucks but here they are 15 bucks. Take your money elsewhere.
Apple fritters are the bomb.. an the cheese and sausage kochi are awesome.
Day-old donuts? Such a travesty! I enjoy Shipley’s in Denver but they have always been fresh. The Kolaches were good.
They don't have any caramel donuts, but the other flavors are good.
Went here once and never again. This is not a Shipley's. Maybe it is in name, but this location needs to be shut down. Between the staff and the non Shipley quality food, this is one Shipleys that I actively avoid and drive by. Awful donuts. Awful kolaches. Awful staff. Awful service. PRAY YOU AVOID IT.
worst service i have ever received at a shipleys they do not honor there sign on rewards or even attempt to. the ppl working there are a disgrace to shipley and should be fired corporate pls investigate
Today was the second and last time I go to this location. The donuts were not of the Shipley quality and corporate needs to investigate. The donuts were cold and far from fresh and the kolaches were stale. I thought maybe it would have been better today but no. The one star is for the ladies working there as they were nice but lacking in customer service. I will continue to dissuade others from going to this location until it's corrected. It's a shame. Shipleys is a quality brand that this Nassau Bay location is not honoring.

I went to buy a dozen donuts this morning expecting them to at least be somewhat fresh. Instead, these donuts taste like they have been sitting for over a day. They were very cold and hard to bite into. I will definitely not be coming back to this location. I have never had such a poor experience with shipley’s like the one i had here.
They should change the name to "Day old donuts" my 6am donuts we out of the icebox, very bad first impression! They need to take a lesson from league city under the oaks.
Went here around 8am on a week day, donut holes were already stale and the cake donuts were rock hard, couldn't be eaten. Guys in the back were yelling and cussing and the poor girl in front looked miserable. Maybe remember there's plenty of people who understand Spanish in the area? Don't bother with this location, better off going to a mom and pop shop down the way.
Always have my order ready and waiting on Sunday morning. The Kolaches are always fresh and the bread is soft and perfect. Friendly service and always great to deal with. I’ll definitely continue doing business with them Long into the future.
Darn donuts have skunked to a very small size but the price was not lowered.
These donuts are not very good. They are hard and stale. They are over priced for the quality of what they sell. Im overall disappointed.
Came to this location at 5am and ordered 2 kolaches and 2 hot glazed donuts. The items I was sold were old and the donuts they claimed to be hot were microwaved from the day before. I do not recommend this location at all.
Friendly staff and quick in and out
My question is to corperate, why isn't something done about this location. We visited this location a few minutes ago on 8-27-2022 at 9am. We got off to eat inside and notice it looked unfinished and needing some TLC. I ordered the chocolate covered donuts and they were terrible, tasted days old. I returned them to the counter and told the lady they were very old and she went to the back to get two more no change. There is no possible way these donuts are fresh this is terrible. If the current management don't care then shipleys doesn't care either.
As much as we love Shipley’s it pains me to write this review but I have to. The kolache was cold, the donut holes tasted like they were from 2 days ago and were super hard and cold, and the iced vanilla coffee tasted like water downed sugar water. I’ve tried this location a few times and I’ve always been disappointed. I’ll drive out of my way to the old league city store before I come back to this one.
