I do not like their donuts. They seem to not care about giving you good service etc
Worst Shipley I have ever been to. They don't even make cake donuts. Don't waste your time driving to this place.
Go there often and always friendly and quick service. The cashiers are always attentive and accurate. Charlie is especially friendly and engages in pleasant conversation while completing the order. Definitely recommend as a go to donut shop. Chocolate iced and eclairs are my favorite. 🙂
I have had a few good experiences here, but not many. Shipley glazed donuts are the most iconic, so you would think that they would be the best option. That really isn't the case, as many people have already stated, they are dense and greasy. I am not a fan of the glaze either, it tends to be kind of hard.
Shipleys used to be the best donuts hands down. Now everything there tastes like it's a week old at best. It's bad when my puppy can't even chew through a donut because it's so tough. Even the coffee was old and burnt tasting. It's sad what Shipley's has become. My advice is unless you are torturing someone there is no reason to buy this so called food.
The drive thru attendant was very friendly. She offered to warm my doughnuts and they were so delicious. I went on my lunch break and It didn't take too long to get my order. Those doughnuts made a great sweet treat for me that day!
Positive_Some staff go above & beyond to accommodate and maintain the standards that define Shipley's. Negative_upon opening, fare is limited. Around 8 is the opportune time for availability of ALL items.
Apple filled is the way to go!

Donuts are okay. Glaze is the typical Shirley’s glaze but the donuts are not. They are dense, heavy, and greasy. Not the typical Shirley’s light and airy donut. Not a bad donut if you aren’t expecting Shirley’s quality.
The donuts 🍩 aren't as good as they used to be. They give you a greasy taste in your mouth they don't even look the same they look like something you would buy at a Brookshire brothers or the donuts shops around town.i want be buying them again I'll just go to my local donut shop
This Shipley’s in Nacogdoches is the only donut shop I have yet to find that still glazes their donuts before adding chocolate icing, white icing, etc. Iced donuts without being glazed first just aren’t the same. :D I always try and stop at this location when I’m in town visiting.

Can't get a cake donut to save your life. It's been months since I've seen any.
The person helping me was polite and friendly , that’s good. The donuts were just plain bad. I expected the topical Shipley taste, I like that. The donuts were cold , heavy and greasy , the grease coated my mouth. These are not Shipley donuts, they must be using some cheap ingredients. Do not buy donuts from this location.
We’ve tried to give this Shipley location the benefit of the doubt, but truly it is not the quality we expect from other Shipley locations we’ve visited. Prices are very high. The donuts taste and feel really heavy compared to other donuts. They are often not very fresh either.
The young lady was so accommodating, my brother purchased $116.00 worth of Donuts. No Shipley's in Florida. The smoothies were wonderful she made.

I used to go to this store religiously, but my most recent visit(s) changed my opinion. The dough seemed under cooked on the kolaches. I ate what I could and gave the rest to my dog, who didn't even eat the dough, which is abnormal. Usually he eats more than I do which is why I get as much as I do when I order. I loved going here but it seems as though they have really gone down hill lately and I will not be spending my money here again, or at least until they improve.. In final: don't order here! Your experience will more than likely be like mine. There are so many other places to order that are so close and open almost the same time that would be so much better!
