Tall guys with glasses told me to go back to mexico and they dont serve my kind of people. ill be taking my business somewhere else.
Kids love the food here, cannot go wrong. We order in advance to have them ready for pick up. A bit on the pricy side per Kolache but worth it. My personal fav is the jalapeño popper and the Texas hot polish. Hit them up
I'm obsessed with some of the Kolaches this place has. It stinks, however, when they ran out of a product and didn't prepare beforehand and it's the only thing you wanted and they wont have anymore ready for 40-60 minutes. That needs to change.

(for the wrong reasons of course) I'm not a doctor but would suggest lots of hugs (not by me) and/or animal companion therapy ( I hear there is an outfit in Oregon that works with descented skunks). The sadness is that management was made aware of this issue a year ago, 4 weeks ago, and now again. I have been patronizing this place since inception and today was the worst visit all along; and before I forget "the tall lady in the back" Oh my! we dared ask for ketchup, yes, ketchup.....I believe this request will live in infamy, perpetually...whoever comes to this establishment, please, do not ask for ketchup...there is mustard, mayo, hot sauce, etc.....but no ketchup so you been warned. I rest my case caveat emptor
My go-to place for some awesome Kolaches when I am visiting my family in San Antonio. Sausage and gravy are a must.
My friend is hooked on your pastries, well me as well. The staff is great, everyone is very helpful. We call and have an order filled and they do a great job taking care of our needs. The shop is very clean, well stocked in all areas of the store. The pastries are awesome, fresh of course; the look & taste of your pastries are really great. I wish we had one a bit closer to where we live. We Come this side of town once a month. But come back before then when we had to feed our audition of Pastries. Thanks for feed us all are well eaten. The cashier was a tall guy with glasses.... he was acting like he hates his life. I think you guys need to help him with counseling sessions. He's making customers uncomfortable 😐 He didn't even warm up the kolaches or offer to. I love this pace but it feels very uncomfortable with the service.
Absolutely delicious!
I had the Hot Polish for breakfast and decided to buy the Cheeseburger for lunch. They both were filling and delicious! The Kolache's were freshly baked. I would add a photo, but I was hungry and just couldn't wait to eat. I actually wanted to go pick up another Cheeseburger! I highly recommend this place, oh and it's super inexpensive. I ate Breakfast and lunch for $7.50! Now that's my kind of restaurant.

This place is AMAZING! It doesn't matter if you are in the mood for sweet or savory. Kolache Factory has you covered. My current favorite is the Ranchero Kolache. I love it for it's tanginess and the slightest amount of "heat." They are even great as left-overs. And if you shop at HEB, keep an eye out for coupons. They come in handy when family comes to visit. Best part about this place? The staff is wonderfully friendly too!
I love their kolaches. My only problem is that one doesn’t fill me up and I can’t finish a second. Good problem to have if you ask me.
I wanted to try something different I went right know at 1:15 pm waisted 40$ on every kolache there was just to try them out, over priced for very little meat inside too much bread, Sorry to say it was horrible and they were cold when I asked them to be heated the ugly thing is that they heat them up in the microwave which kinda thru me off. Sad to say will never go back!

Delicious Food. Horrible service. So sad to be writing a bad review.Tall guy with glasses, did not even greet us, and provided horrible customer service to the point where I did not feel comfortable being there. We asked if he was okay since he seemed very unhappy to be there, he replied sarcastically and continued to make uncomfortable comments. The way he was behaving was extremely concerning and scary - like he was about to snap. I hope you all talk to him and get to the root of the problem in sake of the business and the poor guys health. :(
Cold over priced for the size and rude service when we called to tell them that the order was wrong and ice cold.
Delicious! Exceeded my expectations, the bbq brisket and and egg, bacon, and cheese were great, can't wait to try again.
