Glad my friend and I stumbled across this coffee shop! We have tried almost every coffee shop from Palmview to Brownsville and by far this is the best one. Very welcoming staff, especially the owners! I highly recommend their Lavender Haze but anything you order on their menu will have you amazed. If you’re from the RGV and love coffee you HAVE to stop here. Most coffee shops i’ve tried are not consistent and have their bad or good days, at black honey it’s AMAZING EVERY TIME. Trust me you will develop an addiction and come back like I do 😶

Never disappoints. Now that they're on Door Dash, I order in the AM for work! Our team loves the CHUNKY homemade cookies!
Friendly service, welcoming environment and a great selection. I highly recommend trying a Classico latte with Oat milk paired with any of their baked goods!
This place is phenomenal and you can absolutely tell they sincerely see coffee roasting/pastry making as an art. Their employees are very kind, as well as very knowledgeable in helping you find the taste you’re looking for. It’s always exciting to see what they will try or create next. If you like to test out coffee shop locations, be sure to swing by their space in downtown McAllen for a chill atmosphere. Lastly, their cookies are insanely good, so don’t skip on them 🍪☕️ 🤤
Best coffee in McAllen. Roasted on site by experienced and passionate owner. Variety of beans and methods to choose from. Amazing cold brew and pour over on my 2 visits. Growlers and cans to go. Must visit for the true coffee fan!!

Spent three weeks looking for the best coffee in the area. Black Honey was bar far the winner! Pretty sure that the gentleman who made our drinks and cookies is somehow magical. Everything was beyond delicious!!!!!!!

When it comes to coffee shops in the RGV, we need to #SipLocal. Today I decided to visit Black Honey for coffee. It did not disappoint — my Americano was good and the chonky cookie was 🤌🏽. Perfect pair.
This coffee shop is amazing! Their coffee and pastries are delicious. The two people working the front were so nice and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to others!

Delicious coffee! Let's face it.. we all need a little boost of caffeine. Serg and Seems make awesome coffee and teas. Good beans make all the difference when it comes to good coffee and Serg is roasting delicious coffee beans. Buy a bag or 2 or 10, you'll use them up for sure! If you're in a hurry, just pick up one of their can coffees. They have several options from lattes to matchas to cold brew. 10 out of 10 recommend their coffee. It's always strong, yet smooth and sweetened to your liking. Support local coffee shops ☕️

Creative coffee concoctions and very tasty. If you like to have fun with coffee try their Coffee/Lemonade drink. Love that they sell 4-pack cans to have at home!

Black Honey…the Hidden Gem of McAllen! Serg & Seems are knowledgeable about beans, and craft coffee🙌🏼 Their drinks are nothing short of magic. My favorite so far is the Lavender Oat Latte, and the cold brew! We always make sure to have a bag of their beans at home in case we can’t make it out to their shop for the day🖤 They are all about bringing the love of coffee with craft to the community. Also their golden yellow Tie dye shirt is so soft!! Oh and Our kiddos love their chonky Cookies!
I love going to coffee shops but I got to say that Black Honey has my outmost attention and became one of my main favorite places to get coffee! You can tell by every sip you take that it’s been made with time, love and patience. Their cookies are made from scratch and also made by love! Oh and they make the cutest cans! I recommend this place if your in McAllen!
