The Hive was delicious! My lady and I got the Brown Sugar Baby (iced) and the Milk and Honey (hot). We ordered the milk and honey to he half sweet thinking that sweeter coffee beverages tend to be overly sweetened. However, this beverage was not sweet enough with half honey. (I think the Brown Sugar Baby was the best of the two. It was an appropriate sweetness. The milk and honey was not bad, just a little bland!) The ambiance was amazing, with lots of places to sit and work or read. My only constructive criticism is that there was no soft music, which would help eliminate the echoing of the house-turned-coffee-shop. Also, awesome staff praise!! My girlfriend and I were confused and thought that the Brown Sugar Baby was actually the Milk and Honey. Upon receiving both drinks and realizing that we mixed them up, the barista made another Brown Sugar Baby on the house for my girlfriend without us even suggesting her to do this (since I drank her drink, thinking it was mine😂)! We tipped the barista well for her kind service😁

Best coffee shop in Jefferson! Milk & honey latte was so good we got another one to-go on our way out. Avocado toast was delicious. Everything here is fresh and made with quality ingredients.

Amazing coffee drinks and food! The “Bumblebee Butt” honey lavender latte was the best lavender latte I have ever had, and I have had lavender lattes all over the world. All the people working at the hive were very fun and friendly.

This is a 5 out of 5! Hubby declares best latte of all time-bumblebee butt. Thats saying something! The man likes his coffee! Brown sugar baby latte was a very close second to bumblebee butt. Very cool slow drip coffee maker on the counter (see picture) . Matcha was wonderful. Homemade yogurt was delicious.. scone was yummy. Inside the shop is so stinking cute! Book nook and bee 🐝 decore so cute! Do not miss this coffee shop!

I stumbled across this coffee shop on the way home from the holidays, and I'm so happy I did! It's a gorgeous little historical home transformed into a cozy, modern place that I could easily have spent a few hours sipping coffee and chilling. I got a signature latte whose name i forget--it's the one with lavender and a sprinkle of bee pollen on top!-- and it was truly outstanding. The flavors were complex and balanced so beautifully, not too sweet and letting the flavor of the coffee shine through. I also got a loaf of the sourdough bread, and oh my goodness it has elevated my breakfast this week! I loved my experience and I'll definitely be stopping by on my next trip!

The Hive is cosiest cafe I've ever been to. It's literally a house turned into a coffee shop! The atmosphere is top notch, and the food and coffee is always really great. They have a slow drip cold brew that is the best I've ever tasted; it's smooth enough to drink black (and I hate drinking coffee without cream and sugar). Overall, a must visit if you're planning on getting brunch or breakfast!

Jefferson is a beautiful little town with a magical quality. Within this hamlet lies a cozy coffee shop called “The Hive”. The minute you walk in you are transported to a bright sunny oasis that fuels your caffeinated needs. The owner is exactly who you want guiding you through the multitude of beverage choices and culinary delights. Their house blend is bold and smooth, a potent combination. The scones and avocado toast were savory and oh so satisfying. More importantly, the minute I walked in I was instantly transported to a Hallmark movie moment. Instant love!

This is an amazing cafe! It is so so so cute, so many cozy rooms that are clean and inviting. Perfect for studying, or for having lunch with a group or coffee with a friend. They even have a little library with some games and coloring for kids. The staff are so so friendly and incredible knowledgeable about coffee, the pastries and lunch items are so so tasty and the coffee is spectacular! So so SO what our town needed!! 10/10 perfect spot
