This was one of my favorite coffee shops when I lived in the area. They served Merit coffee in the past and have started their own roasting now which is just as good as Merit in my opinion. Solid espresso and espresso drinks at a great location. Always has friendly staff and great service. My go-to coffee shop in the Los Colinas area.

We got Turkish coffee and mocha and both were delicious. The Turkish coffee is served in traditional cups. Cafe was busy and had good WiFi. Has limited seating and was packed when we went inside.

One of the better cortadas you'll find around town. I also like the way they serve it with a side of topo Chico.

You seriously need to get out of the box (overrated bucks) and try the coffee at a cafe run by local business owners. If you haven't tried the coffee over here, you have no right to say that you have pretty much explored Irving. Ordered a cold mocha for myself and a sunshine in a cup for someone who calls themselves as a coffee aficionado. Now, you would ask why I am writing in Spanish. When in Pax & Beneficia, you need to speak español which translates to Peace & Blessings. Salud!!

Love the ambiance of the coffee shop and the accent wall with the lights. Got a strawberry matcha drink and it was very high quality matcha. The staff could be more friendly and conversational, but otherwise I really enjoy coming here to be productive for a couple of hours.

I love this cafe. It has a combination of lovely coffee, friendly staff, and a perfect location. It also has plenty of areas to sit. People are friendly too. I always ended up talking to other locals. I highly recommend checkout this place and trying out Turkish coffee. Sometimes staff serves it with proper utensils, and sometimes they don’t. It’s hit or miss, but regardless it’s worth a shot.

The coffee was excellent, the area, seating space was great, but the toasts were A-mazing! I kept thinking about them hours after I left! Both were so tasty! I am definitely coming back for them soon!

All coffee lovers, dont miss this place. Turkish coffee, have you ever tasted it before? If not, just go for it. Amazing coffee options, very clean environment, superb staff, ambience is next level and on top of all this, its located at a nice place to walk around and have the coffee if you take it to go. Just try this place and this would be your new go to coffee place for everyday!

Maybe a bit pricey, but always tastes great and the atmosphere is perfect. I recommend trying one of the middle eastern toasts they sell.

Came in on a busy Sunday morning. Team of three working were chill and focused. Got through the line quickly and had my shot of espresso in about 6 minutes after they made the drinks and food that were ahead of mine. My espresso was balanced with a nice crema. My drip was hot a fresh, well balanced and delicious. What a gem! I’ll definitely be back.

Finally came to the store. I’m a regular at all the restaurants around here but somehow, never came here. Decided to give it a try after hearing great things about their coffee even from staff from surrounding restaurants. 1. The coffee was actually really good. Like when it touched my tongue I closed my eyes and my eyes watered lol I love good tasting foods and drinks. It was really that good 2. I don’t like that there’s no room to line up. I almost turned away before entering. Everyone just kinda awkwardly crowds by the entrance and it’s a major turn off. The crowd blocks the doorway so it’s also awkward when you’re walking out. OH also no one greets or acknowledges you when you walk in (very strange for Dallas standards tbh) This makes whole experience all the more awkward. 3. After getting past the order and crowd by the door it’s actually a nice, clean, modern and comfortable place to get some work done for a change of scenery. It’s open seating and the internet is great and I’ll probably go here more often for sure.

The baristas are super nice and helpful! Love the environment, clean store and water available to guests. The latte art is cute! The drinks and goodies we got were delicious! One thing that really made this place great for us was this... My husband is hard of hearing, so we like to communicate using ASL. When I came up to help him order, one of the male baristas there started signing! He was great! I believe his name is, Eric? (I remember his sign name better lol) but he was so great, everyone there was. We will definitely be back when in town 😊 Thank you for the wonderful experience!

After raving about the Turkish coffee I’d had in Istanbul, I finally was able to convince my family to try it. This place served it in paper cups! It was horrible

Recently, we visited Pax & Benefica coffee. In Latin, the name means “peace and greetings” - and we were impressed. Every real coffee lover recognizes the authenticity of boiled coffee. Long before the steam-based espresso or the Japanese “pour over”, people cooked coffee. Occasionally known as "Turkish” or “Greek”, it requires observant, expert preparation. For this reason, it is not promoted by most coffee places. But then again, Pax & Beneficia is not a typical coffee shop. Next to us, a trio of young Japanese giggled, while in another table a somber man filled a scrappy notebook with long-hand musings. For a moment, we are transported to a more civilized existence. We’ll be back!
