Chyna was extremely helpful.
Completely over priced. The staff is amazing, but the food is nothing special, and I find $45 for 3 scallops a bit ridiculous.
We had such a lovely experience dining at Law Restaurant on March 29th. The food is outstanding. We had a delicious Shrimp cocktail appetizer and when the chef wasn't happy with the Grouper which I had ordered, they were very apologetic and comped our appetizer. I had salmon instead which was divine. My husband had an incredible steak. The wedge salad was the best I've had. Then on top of all the deliciousness, they brought us a surprise dessert with raspberry infused white chocolate petals that opened when the raspberry sauce was poured onto it. It was beautiful and delicious! The staff was very attentive and helpful, the service was outstanding. We'd highly recommend LAW.
I don't review often, but I wanted to post this hoping management can make changes. We frequent Law for Brunch, but since the change away from the Four Season's name, the following are my observations (2/5/23): 1) The spread is not as lavish (most likely due to budget) 2) On this day, they only have egg white fritata for the egg dish. When I asked for scrambled eggs, I was told that this is an a la carte. Scrambled eggs used to be a standard staple. 3) The sushi station. There were no containers for the soy sauce. When asked, I was told that these are not available. Note that we were there when brunch just started. So I had to put the soy sauce on the dinner plate and tried not to have it go to other dishes. A a ramekin would do, if the plastic containers affects budget. 4) Dessert station had not serving utensils. I had to grab a cheesecake by hand and wash my hands. At least have it on small dessert plates? Part of food safety, I would think, as no one knows if someone else tried to grab it... I do hope it gets better again, as my wife and I, like to periodically go for brunch.
Incredible experience at Law during our stay at the Four Seasons. Service was incredible. Adam, Rene and Juan were fantastic. We tried a bit of everything and NOTHING disappointed. It was all so delicious. For dinner we had: Shrimp Cocktail, Park Rolls, Parisian Gnocchi with butter nut squash emulsion and sage, Wedge, Mac and cheese, roasted Brussels sprouts. For breakfast we tried out the buffet and had: Cinnamon Roll Croissant, Blueberry Muffins, Made to order eggs, Oatmeal, Overnight Oats, Belgian Waffles, bacon, sausage, charcuterie, fruit and mimosas. It was incredible. So many options to choose from and all were delicious. I must say…kudos to the pastry chefs. So so good.
Great brunch experience. Good food and lovely company! When we got our credit card bill I realized I had been overcharged $37.99. Wonder if it is a mistake or a pattern? I have the copy of the credit card receipt with the sub-total and the tip amount. I am in the process of disputing the overcharge.
Stopped in for lunch. Efficient service and wonderful food.
Shrimp cocktail was beautiful. Cremà catalena too. (Watch out because it's HUGE portion for dessert). But Turkey wrap was bland... I'd rather go for fine dining menu like grilled salmon next time
Food was good, service was slow. Overall good experience
Never a bad meal here. Thanks so much for hosting us.
Was looking forward to a leisurely birthday brunch with my friends. This was my first experience at the Four Seasons Irving as I am new to the area. Unfortunately the brunch is not what's being advertised on their website. There are NO crab claws, no complimentary mimosas. I brought this up to the restaurant manager who said that "our party will be taken care of". We did get 3 complimentary drinks.... The food is not up to Four Seasons standards, and I have been to a few properties around the world. The service is mediocre. I don't expect do be checked on every 5 minutes, but just a plain "how's everything " would go a long away. It would take a full page to describe the menu in details, but to sum this up - don't expect much and you will not be disappointed.
Normally love it for sunday brunch and always a 5, but today was a little odd. Last time I went with my 2 other friends, brunch included 2 glasses of mimosa. I went today to celebrate a friend's bday, and when we asked for mimosa to toast, the waiter told us they are not part of the brunch. Law restaurant, did you stop including mimosa? Or did he choose to tell us that because of other reasons I don't want to assume.
Wonderful brunch buffet. I wish they had a bit of a bigger selection, but what they do have tastes amazing. Desserts are a little one note. I feel like they could be a bit more tart on the tropical flavors and layered a bit more evenly with small cup desserts.
Overpriced. Menus and food is just ok. Not four seasons standard. The manager Likhith and his staff the only saving grace.
Continuation of my birthday celebration here. Pricey but it's ok. Kids ordered a la carte and buffet had lots of choices as well. Loved there salmon and Brussels sprouts. Good place and friendly staff.
Excellent my steak was perfect. Our server was phenomenal helpful and friendly.
Please. Do yourself a favor and try this desert... By far, one of the best I have tried in a long time!
Ultimate luxury dining in a casual setting. Met a Client for a breakfast meeting in cuff links while others dined in jeans. Had the Acai Bowl topped with fresh berries and toasted coconut. Orange juice was freshly squeezed and the coffee had a rich, bold flavor. The meeting lasted 1 1/2 hours but we were never bothered except for fresh refills on coffee. We have already planned a meeting there again.
Went here for dinner with colleagues. I had the grilled salmon and Prosecco. I enjoyed my meal. Salmon was very tasty. Great presentation. I would return.
Excellent lunch, we've been there several times and always had a great experience! Highly recommend!
