I work at the airport and I can't believe how much money this store is willing to lose. Two days the employees can't get the code to the cash register. The district manager needs to be fired.
Server didn’t want to be here and was more interested in texting on her phone. Coffee and croissant. Coffee (americano) weak. Croissant rock hard and stale. Suggest pay the extra at other brands. Pathetic.
On Sunday, April 16 approximately 3:00 PM, I entered the Peet's Coffee, Terminal B at IAH. There was a tall young man and a short heavy set girl there. I watched the man waiting on a customer in front of me and then he walked to the back room. During this time me, a lady behind me, and 4 United workers were all standing in line waiting to be waited on. Approximately 5 minutes later the guy came out and finally waited on us. I even told him that there were others that walked away because it was taking so long. He stated, "I had to wash the spoon it was dirty". He had no care in the world about loosing customers or anything. The girl made the comment she was off work so she wasn't worried about it. Needless to say I ordered a coffee and the lady behind me ordered the same thing. The girl told the guy they were out of the vanilla and he told me that he only had sugar free vanilla. I changed my order as did the lady behind me. The problem with this experience was the way both individuals were in regards to customer service. Neither one cared about loosing customers. I am in that terminal quiet often as I fly back and forth between work and personal but will make it a point to never enter the coffee place again if those two individuals are working. Horrible experience and customer service at its worse!
Extremely rude service. They seemed bothered that they needed to take a break from scrolling on their phones to serve me. Also, they rudely replied to almost everything I asked for that they were out of it.
Somehow someone is currently treating themselves to coffee with my debit card at this place and I’m trying to call but no one is answering. I’m so frustrated.

Not safe to eat or drink from here!!!! I went to flavor my coffee and tasted it... i told the girl that it tasted real funny... i went back and saw the curdled creamer... I smelled the container and it stunk!!!! and had chunks all on the mouth of the pour spout!!!! the girl there tried to give me some wierd explination about why that was normal... "we mix heavy cream with 2% so it makes chunks..." Like listen young lady. I was born at night but i wasn't born last night. I had also ordered a breakfast sandwich... and the breakfast sandwich they gave me fell apart so I couldn't even hold it... gross. I returned it all... left with a weird film in my mouth that lasted all trip from the spoiled creamer they served. Avoid this dump.

MY FAVORITE MUFFIN, STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE. Get there early because they go fast.
Excellent service, good options coffees or teas.
It was okay; latte didn't taste much like coffee or caramel; wasn't as flavorful as our usual Scooters. Service was quick - surprising at 8:00am.

The employee that took my order was uncertain if the sandwich can be warmed up.. It was like yes sure then yes, then No!! The employee preparing the coffee was so slow... They did not even care about the long queue of people waiting for their coffee before boarding. Maybe it is the manager fault to make sure to increase the nbr of staff in duty when it is a peak flights time!! It was also pricy 22$ for a spinach sandwich and a black coffee!! I wish I was able to find Starbucks!
The coffee was ok but I was a little upset when I was charged 9.80 for a small breakfast sandwich. I bought two sandwiches and two coffees for over 30 dollars. To pricey for me.
This place in Houston airport has a lady with a horrible attitude and her attention is very bad, no only their frappuccino coffe is very expensive than Starbucks but also is taste is so bad!🤮
We have had Peets in the airport tons of times, it is our go to place at SeaTac, but this one was horrible, the coffee didn't taste right and was more like some horrible starbucks coffee.
Apple muffin was really good. I had a light roast that was also very good, but it wasn't hot enough. Everything bagel TBD.
Very unpleasant employee that took my order. Didn’t have ice to make ANY of the cold brew drinks. The drink I ended up getting was gross and the bagel I ordered wasn’t sliced and there was no cream cheese. First and last time for me at any Peet’s!
$4 for a small cup of coffee with no taste and worst of all the coffee was cold. Unbelievable. I pay $1 for a large cup of hot coffee at McDonald's and it taste so much better than that overpriced coffee. Everything is expensive at that place. I understand it's the airport, but please.. They need to lower their prices for real. I gave two stars for the service and cleanliness otherwise, I would give zero stars if there was a zero.
