How was it ? Perfect
Wonderful little shop that serves awesome coffees in Midtown. The iced latte I bought was deliciously balanced, and the vanilla cloud was a great special drink too! The interior has a lot of room for seating, and because of an awesome skylight above you, there is a lot of great natural lighting to keep the atmosphere bright. This is an awesome place to study or socialize! The only downside is that they don’t open very late, but for the hours they are open, I highly recommend going!
Cute little coffeeshop, perfect to work or study at. Their menu has a lot of strong coffees - espressos and americanos, but they have lattes and syrups for those who prefer as well. I had the iced honey lavender latte and liked it, although it was a bit strong on the lavender and I did need to add some sweetness for my personal taste. Prices are on par with other coffeeshops in the area at $6.17 with tax for a regular sized latte
This is amazing experience! I got a lavender honey latte and an amazing dark chocolate cake cup, omg I love the cake so much. I would like to back there again.
Dope new spot that I found out when I went to Three Keys Coffee earlier today! Another recommendation, go here and sample their delish Kolache (I had the vegan one) and sipped their single origin Ethiopian espresso. Super cool staff that are knowledgeable and friendly! Definitely retuning again and again!
Victoria is a talented and very personable barista. Totally in control and so accomplished in her Latte creating ability. The almond croissant is to die for!! Thank you for a wonderful experience, Un Caffe!
I recently visited this coffee shop and ordered a latte, and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious. he espresso was rich and flavorful, well blended with milk. I could tell that they take their coffee seriously here. The atmosphere was nice and laid-back, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The only drawback was that it was a bit warm inside, but that's a minor issue compared to the quality of the coffee. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves a good latte.
Best coffee and best croissant in town! Great service + great atmosphere. The ham and cheese croissant is the best croissant I’ve had in my life!
I liked the place was pretty and quite suitable for working from or even studying, the lady was so nice and friendly the pastries was great also unfortunately I didn't like the taste of coffee was little bit sour which is I don't like hope they the will change the coffee bean type
A nice new cafe in the midtown area. The emphasis of this cafe at the moment is on the coffee, which is delicious and includes less common pleasures such as affogato, but the croissants and everything bagels are also commendable. Will be back!
First time here, really nice spot! The staff is so friendly, space is bright, and has vegan options! I tried pistachio milk for the first time in my latte, which may be my new favorite. They also have vegan kolaches -- I got the last 2, a berry cream cheese and a bean/potato. Sad they only had two left, but hopefully they get more soon! Will be back :)
Great place for coffee. Great atmosphere.
I got a great coffee and you really can taste the different beans. The Barista was very friendly and I had a good chat with her. Just the ToGo cups are not that great, the top isn’t sealing very well.
Simply one of the best in the city. The coffee quality is fantastic, and the hand and cheese croissant is incredible. Amazing vibe, really good place to work or to strike a conversation with the owner Soon who will teach about coffee.
For serious Coffee people. Free parking just to the left of it. Water mineralization for coffee. Ramen. Roaster on premises. Legit credentials. Wow. I made second visit the next day and sampled the following: A coffee from Guatemala as a drip coffee, their espresso blend, the Guatemala coffee as an espresso. Of the three, my preference, moving forward is the Guatemala as an espresso, I'll probably try it as an Americano. There are so many amazing gadgets to peruse. Methods for brewing, compact single use roasters, grinders...things I've read about but never seen in practice. The music they play here is really bad and annoying hip hop but at least they keep the volume low. And again, there is free parking just to the left of the place. There is also a little household cute goods store on the same block. Highly recommended -- at Un Caffe. From Roastery Magazine. A review that is better than I could do myself so, here goes: "A new roastery and coffee bar in Midtown Houston called Un Caffè is giving guests a taste of Italian-style coffee with a distinct focus on craft and performance. Un Caffè Founder, Roaster and Barista Soonkack Kook also embraces the Italian cultural practice of greeting each guest at the bar. “They can watch every [drink-making] performance,” Kook recently told Daily Coffee News. “I give them surprise drinks. I ask them how their day is going.”Kook, who initially moved to the United States from Korea for college 20 years ago, spent the past 14 months renovating a 1,900-square-foot space inside Un Caffè’s 90-year-old building. The result is a modern roastery and retail bar awash in shades of red, green and white, reflecting Kook’s reverence for the birthplace of espresso, Italy. “Espresso is an Italian culture,” said Kook. “I get it, light roasting is the trend now, but I wanted to know Italian roasting, too. When my coffee journey began I wanted to learn trendy light roasting, but at the same time I wanted to offer dark roasting to my cust
Amazing new coffee shop in the perfect location! Every drink has been fantastic and the passion the workers have is incredible. The citrus iced Americano is to die for and if you have the chance make sure to stop by and try something new and different here!
EXCEPTIONAL COFFEE!!! This place is on par with any espresso bar in the world. If you are looking for a superb brew this is the place. Will be back tomorrow :)
Fantastic owner, great vibes, incredible flat whites. This coffee shop you can tell is truly a labor of love, and the owner is very kind and meticulous in his craft. Really loved the citrus iced americano, different from any other coffee drink I've ever tried. It's a great place to go in midtown, even if you're a casual coffee enthusiast like myself.
Amazing coffee and the service was spectacular!
Un Caffe is a treasure—great drinks (the iced vanilla cloud!), the best mini croissants, beautiful light-filled space, plenty of outlets, and the loveliest baristas. The only thing I would say is that it can get a bit loud when there’s enough people. But it’s an amazing new neighbor staple!
