Great drinks.. honestly the best around.. The drive through lanes needs to be organized / during high traffic times.. before a Karen meets an unhinged.. people do not know how to merge.. make it 1 lane or the attendees need to control traffic.
I enjoy it more when the lines are not long, but i do like how they always jam to my music when i go to pick up my drink
Coffee was absolutely amazing!! I swear the freezes taste just like cookies. The service was even better. We stopped here on our way home (4 hours away) and it was lovely to stop at a place like this. In line, the lady who helped us told us about different items on the menu and what people tend to order most. When we got to the window, another lady asked us about our day. Beautiful area as well. Will stop by when in town again!

I loveeee Dutch Bros and coming here for coffee, but the way it takes more 20 minutes to get a drink is ridiculous. Even when Starbucks is packed busy you still get your items quicker. When i get to the window the workers seem to be messing around alot.
Extremely friendly service. Delicious drinks. Seeming constant turnover. Chronic understaffing and the lie of two lanes with only one server means you get trapped in the drive thru for 20-30 minutes on average. Worth it when I have the time, but please get more employees and take better care of them. I pass by more than I stop in because of the inefficiency. I know you can do better.
I lOVE this location! Unfortunately I don't live in that area anymore :( Staff is so sweet, drinks are amazing. Line a bit long but the usual.
I LOVE Dutch Brothers drinks! (not just the coffee). But my all-time favorite is the Iced Sugar-free Golden Eagle - SO yummy!!!
I come to this Dutch bros multiple times a week and usually leave satisfied with the service and my order. Today 4/1/23 the people working obviously had no idea what was on their menu or how to make what you order, nor did they listen when I told the lady when I ordered 5-6 times that I wanted a soft top parfait style blended drink to which she responded with chocolate milk or 2% milk. When I told her no and explain what I was talking about she finally said okay. I get to the window and the drink was completely wrong and not parfait style at all. I tell him that and he doesn’t understand so I proceed to tell him what it should look like since I order one a lot. He said oh okay. And then they take it back and stir with a spoon and hand it back. The staff needs to be trained better and also listen to their customers.
All I have to say is that Tori and Alasha were the best with amazing customer service and such a positive attitude made my whole day ❤️ these wonderfull ladies deserve nothing but kindness.

The girl working today at 7am was exceptionally rude to me. She messed up my order ( asked for whipped cream in the side) gave me whipped cream in my drink. One worker asked her to remake it and she got bad. Started mouthing off stuff and had the audacity to tell me I need to SPECIFY. WELL I DID WHEN I OREDER. $5 for a coffee with a side of attitude. Besides it tasted like milk and 10 grams of sugar. Won’t be back.
My favorite coffee here is a small golden eagle, extra hot (sometimes with an extra shot) with a soft top. 😋💯 I've also tried the white chocolate lavender cold brew which was not bad at all. However, I'm a hot coffee girl to the core! 🤎
Love this coffee!! The service is always great and the people taking orders on their tablets is the best .
First stop in Houston! The coffee was spectacular and the service was great. There were a lot of cars but the people outside helped the drive thru move along quickly.

Great coffee but there's always a long wait.
Move over Starbucks, theres a BETTER shop in town. This place is hands-down a much better experience for coffee and energy drink aficionados. More reasonable pricing, extremely friendly staff, better app features, and monthly member perks and rewards makes Dutch Bros. a fantastic option for anyone at anytime. Would definitely recommend to others to try at least once! 10/10
