Donut Factory - Nasa is an exceptional donut shop that offers a wide range of delicious treats. From classic glazed donuts to creative flavors like blueberry cake and maple bacon, there's something for everyone. One of the standout features of Donut Factory - Nasa is the quality of their donuts. Each one is made fresh daily using high-quality ingredients, resulting in a consistently delicious product. The texture is always just right, and the flavors are spot-on. The staff at Donut Factory - Nasa is also friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain the different donut options and make recommendations based on your preferences. They're always happy to accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions as well. The shop itself is cozy and inviting, with a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. It's the perfect place to grab a quick breakfast or snack, or to sit down and enjoy a leisurely coffee break with friends. Overall, I highly recommend Donut Factory - Nasa for anyone looking for delicious and high-quality donuts. With its friendly staff, great selection, and inviting atmosphere, it's a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings.
Very friendly, and half the best vietnamese ice coffee.
Belle serves the best-tasting donuts, sweets, and kolaches we have ever eaten. The pastry is light and baked to perfection and always fresh. We also tried her Vietnamese coffee, which is sweet and tasty. It is tucked away in the former Sh**ley's location next to the Chiropractic Center on NASA Parkway, But, access is quick and easy, with a drive-thru. Please do yourselves a favor and drop in. We love the place. EDIT* Somehow, I forgot to mention their superb and delicious apple fritters. Buy some. Very filling, and addictive!
Awesome service
Stopped by for coffee, and after walking in and getting hit by those amazing smells, we had to get breakfast as well! Everyone walked out happy with their order and coffee.
Great place with fresh donuts
I relocated to Nassau Bay almost 10 months ago, one morning after moving here, I asked friends who had the best donuts in the area? Hands down they said, “Donut Factory” snd then they added, “The have the BEST cake donuts!” I quickly drove down to Nasa road and sure enough, AMAZING donuts!! Not just donuts, but the owner was extremely friendly & kind. That was a surprise to have such hospitality that early in the morning and at a donut shop, was really refreshing! I had another surprise last week. I was wanting a hot donut, I Googled it & one place that was supposed to be known for, in The Houston area, for Hot Donuts was overwhelminglyFULL of negative reviews, I was so shocked! Instead, I went down to my fav place, “Donut Factory” & took the chance at 8:30 in the morning, when I asked the smiling owner who was working the Drive Thru if they had any Hot Donuts and when she said YES, I Was shocked!! Next thing I know,,within less than a minute, I am driving away & eating some of the hottest, fluffiest and fresh tasting donuts I have ever had!! For value, freshness & friendliness, PLEASE GIVE The Donut Factory a try, you will NOT be disappointed!!!! 😁👍🏻💥😋🤩 And if you like Old Fashioned Cake Chocolate Covered , then I recommend trying one, or two or 3…lol
My new Sunday donut spot for picking up for our morning church services. I grab 6 dozen and a dozen kolaches every Sunday and they are $20 cheaper than my old place and the donuts are great. Everyone says how much better they are. The Kolaches are good to and they do not play on the jalapeño. Definitely recommend them as far as quality and price.
Amazing kolaches
Great and friendly service. Fresh food and Omg how cute are the donuts on Saturdays
I'm picky about donuts and kolaches. There are a lot of options in the area and they're not all created equal. The donuts and kolaches from Donut Factory exceeded my expectations. In addition to the standard offerings, we tried the spicy boudin kolache and the Asian bbq kolache. Both were fantastic. Full of flavor and the perfect filling to bread ratio. The donuts were also excellent. The eclairs are massive and filled generously. I'm looking forward to trying more here including the Vietnamese coffee. 1 year update: Still my favorite donut shop in the area. The family that owns and runs it is so friendly and inviting. They've expanded the menu a bit and now offer boba tea, smoothies and other drinks. The kolaches and donuts are just as delicious as they have always been. 2 years later, still my favorite donut shop in the area. I think it's safe to say that Donut Factory is where quality meets consistency. This reminds me of the Shipley's of 20 years ago. While Shipley's has sold out and gone downhill, Donut Factory is as good as it ever has been.
Best service and the employees are always cheerful. Sausage and bacon kolaches are a great option!
Donut factory on NASA is so good. I’m from California and I thought because there were so many of another company they would have been the best. I’ve been in Texas for a while now and just happened to pass by and this place is good. The Asian fushion and chicken fajita great flavor and soft perfectly baked bread. The donut was perfectly made to had some height to it and not overbearing with sugar. I also got mango pineapple smoothie and whatever milk or whatever they use made that smoothie perfect. They also do some kind of personalized decorations of characters on the donuts. Go here!
We stopped by here on our way to NASA to grab a quick bite for breakfast. The donuts are excellent! They were perfectly cooked, airy, and delicious! You can taste that these are made with care and the quality is fantastic. The iced Vietnamese coffee was so good! If you haven’t tried it before, you NEED to grab one! It’s delicious, creamy, and the coffee flavor is smooth yet robust. We ended up going back a second time on our way back from vacation to grab coffee and donuts. The service was wonderful and you can tell that they take a lot of pride in what they do. Go check them out if you haven’t already and support this great business!
Great place!!! I have avoided coming here for a while bc it was a Shipley's before, and I figured it was still a Shipley's with just another name. I don't like Shipley's, it very cool that Houston folks love it, but I don't . It is not a Shipley's it is way better, total unique place with its own identity. I saw a lot that is not offered at other donut places. I only had the Apple Fritter, bc I was craving one. It was soft, crispy, sweet and good amount of apple topping. I will be back to try other items.
Stopped here for a quick breakfast on a Sunday, was greeted by friendly staff who were patient as we took time to decide what we wanted (and changed our order a couple times). The kolaches were yummy and our drinks were good- I recommend a smoothie or Thai coffee with boba. Overall pleasant and what we needed, would return.
if i could leave zero, i would. the food is great don’t get me wrong, but the way the management treats their staff is mind boggling. while an employee was helping me with my order they were simultaneously being “ripped a new one” by the management. micro-managing and correcting every little thing and yelling things that are just uncalled for. will not be coming back because i refuse to support a business who can’t even communicate properly with staff, let alone in front of customers.
Oh wow, where do I start?? I've been craving a croissant sandwich and found that this place had a good variety, so I tried them out and I am SO HAPPY I did! I got a BEC croissant, sausage and cheese kolache, old-fashioned donut, and a milk tea. Without a doubt, the BEST milk tea and old-fashioned donut I've ever had! The kolache was also extremely good with a delicious sausage and soft bread, and the croissant sandwich was just what I wanted. I got the milk tea without boba this time as a morning beverage, but I will definitely be back to try it with it! Definitely recommend stopping here instead of Shipleys!
Great donutes and service.
I go to this donut shop nearly everyday and one day I didn’t spend $5 so they notified me that I needed cash. Note, there is NO sign but the owner kept arguing that there was which is why I’m posting photos. If you are going to accept credit cards at ALL, there is a fee associated with it and this is a COST OF DOING BUSINESS. If you want to be a business owner then it is not the clients responsibility to cover your fees. If you want them to cover your fees then add the percentage to their ticket however, I work in banking and I set up credit card machines. If you use a bank and receive wholesale pricing instead of PayPal or square, you are charged THE SAME AMOUNT whether I swipe my card for $1 or $5. You have just lost an almost daily customer so now you have lost that revenue. Wouldn’t it be easier to pay the 2%? This is America. If you want to own a business then own the cost of it. Period UPDATED- The $5 minimum is on the left menu however the fact still remains that it is not the responsibility of the consumer to cover the cost of doing business. If I spend $3 as I was today, and you pay 3% + .10c because that’s a common cost, that is .19c….. but you’d rather lose $2.81 revenue plus all of the other purchases I would have made. Owning a business isn’t free. And if you want the benefit of accepting credit cards then don’t put stupid limits so the customer can’t fully benefit from using them.
