Coffee usually decent, hygiene not so much. Decided to empty trashcan midway through drink preparation, then set down bag and finish making latte without washing hands or sanitizing....
Service is good, and the coffee is good. Sure beats Starbucks.
I go to the Amille's in the Houston tunnel almost daily. Erica somehow makes coffee taste like magic. No matter what she makes, it is always amazing. I have had several different Baristas make my coffee and they just don't compare to the way she makes it. Her Mayan Mochas are the best, her Candy Cane Lattes are perfect, her Crush the Turtles are chef's kiss. If you have a chance to go down to the tunnels at the 811 Louisiana location during the week, Monday thru Thursday, ask Erica to make you a coffee. You won't be disappointed.

Waited 20 minutes before leaving. Called for service too. The registered phone number doesn't work either. While reading the newspaper, I saw 9 potential customers come and go.
The iced lavender latte with almond milk was amazing! Finished half of it before I could get back to my office desk 😋
The lady behind the counter was so nice. Excellent customer service. She took care to make sure she was getting my order right and went above and beyond. The only criticism I have is that they didn't have cup insulators which made it extremely uncomfortable trying to carry the hot coffee around with nowhere to put it down while walking to my bus.
Ran out of tea bags and wandered to this location. When she pulled out the Chamomilie flowers and put them in a bag, I nearly fainted. Totally best tea place in the tunnels! Exactly what I wanted.
I just bought a bran muffin from there and it was the dryest muffin I have ever tried Very disappointed. I did stop back by and they were like "0h well"

Nice little coffee.
Way Better coffee than Starbucks. They have multiple.lpcatipns around Dowtown and it's easier to get to one where ever you are.
Always friendly staff and best iced mocha around hands down.
