Such friendly employees, and a fun place to shop!
As a former barista of a large coffee chain (sbux), I'd have to say that they have one of the best cups of coffee I've had locally(not even sorry)! Starbucks coffee usually has very metallic taste, whereas BRF coffee is very smooth and enjoyable! I didn't even need to add sugar or creamer it was that good! Very relaxing lobby with excellent products! Plus they help support emergency responders, including firefighters! Their coffee is amazing and we managed to buy a couple bags of coffee beans for the house! 10/10 would recommend!
First time buying. Ordered a coffee through the drive-through. The lady at the window was very nice, professional and friendly.
I really like this company. The voice through the speaker helped me decide on a sweet caramel machioto sakioto sugar rush that I requested. When he saw my badge, he offered a discount that I wasn’t aware of. I always send my friends and coworkers here. I’m a forever customer as long as the friendliness remains the same. Way to go!
Customer service is top notch. Vibe is much better here than at Starbucks! Cool retail gear available. Veteran owned establishment that offers a veterans discount!
Maybe I ordered wrong but the chai latte was not good, it was honey based it tasted like. I didn’t like it at all, I also ordered muffin and sandwich, neither were super yummy. They also got my sandwich order wrong, but they messed up the first one so I didn’t worry about trying to get the correct one. I was disappointed with the high ratings. $15 and I didn’t eat or drink my food. The customer service was good. Maybe I should’ve just ordered coffee?
Live in MN. Had a delivery right down the road. Had to stop and support my brother and sister store. I have to order my stuff online, as we dont have a BRCC Cafe in Minnesota. Worth the time if you're in the Houston area.
Best coffee shop experience I've had in Houston for a retail coffee shop. The environment is branded well and offers more than a grab and go feel. The merch creates this all in one retail therapy vibe. And, the coffee is very good. I'm impressed
Literally the best coffee I’ve ever had in my life it’s so good and I’m not even a coffee drinker I usually go for tea. Also I got decaf and sometimes decaf has a bad flavor, the flavor is still different from their regular coffee but it’s so good I can’t explain it. Everyone was super nice and they even remade my drink because I said the order wrong, I’ll definitely be coming back!!!!!! If you haven’t tried it you need to! My drink had like 3 sips in it by the time I got home.
I went yesterday for my first time and Aaliyah had great costumer service and the coffee was very good
This was probably the best service I have received at any coffee establishment. The young lady that helped me, Chloe, was friendly, knowledgeable, and had great suggestions. I will be back next time I am in this area!
Any drink ive ever ordered was great and the staff is always so nice and friendly. The enviornment is so much better than other well known coffee shops; the people are friendly, respectful and everyone is always in a generally good mood. I come here about 3 times a week and I wont be going back to other coffee shops!
Great coffee, of course, but I also ordered a tea latte with oat milk and lavender — one of their current specials— and wow!!! It was delicious! The gal helping me select my whole beans was very helpful and informative. The gentleman behind the counter was pleasant and our order was perfect.
I stopped in today for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised that my high expectations were exceeded by extremely high quality merchandise, apparel, and phenomenal service. It is a pleasure to spend my money in a business that supports our troops. I will be returning for business meetings, as well as with my family.

Having only moved here recently from Australia, and having been a long time ‘online’ supporter. I am f**kn beyond stoked to FINALLY have BRCC as my daily coffee place. The coffee is awesome and just the general feel of the place is the best.
Always consistent great service, and i love the blended salted caramel! Cant go wrong trying this place! Also i love the decor!
Great coffee, great staff, super clean store, cool merchandise, very cozy lounge, and very happy to see a coffee company upholding traditional American values. Also; portions of their sales go to first responders or various military charities, depending on your purchase.
