What an amazing experience this morning! Absolutely wonderful customer experience! Candace (?) was just lovely, was really excited about having me try the new vanilla syrup (yum!) and just, wow. It seems like she really loves her job and spreading joy to all the customers. She even took my trash for me. I felt appreciated and well-served, from start to finish. The prices were reasonable and the coffee was delicious (cold brew with vanilla and whole milk), the drive thru was a great, easy, enjoyable experience. I will now go out of my way to come here and avoid Starbucks completely, even if Starbucks is directly on the way to work.

Best coffee I had since I moved to the US. This place has the proper flavor of coffee not like Starbucks, definitely coming back.

I just ordered some coffee and it was really good. Its strong and sweet and the brownie is fantastic. And let me say the clothes, accessories, and mugs are just awesome. The staff are kind and friendly and I'd definitely come here over and over again when I can.

First time at BRCC. The establishment was clean, quite and well staffed. Naomi and Jayla were very informative in helping us decided on our coffee :which turned out wonderful. Will definitely be back to support this company and its values.
