Kinda embarrassing but every time I leave the drive thru and take the 1st sip, I do my happy dance 💃🤣🤣 Every single time i have been there, the customer service has been excellent. Coffee is excellent, and I spend half of what I used to spend in Starbucks.
I usually go to scooters because I prefer it over starbucks. Their blenders are always good, I am just sad that they think its okay to put a medium blender in a large and call it a large. Like that is not okay, and is definitely stealing/overcharging.

First time at this place, it was wonderful service wise, and the infused smoothie I got was amazing. I asked for a recommendation for flavors and both my server and another one got on the headset and had a conversation with me about the best flavors, even though there was somebody behind me I didn't feel rushed, and the smoothie I got was amazing. Wonderful service, will be going there again!

Always great customer service. I went this evening for a coffee and asked for two pup cups. They were out of the normal pup cups but the barista cut a cup down to size for them and that worked perfectly. I was distracted and drove off forgetting my cake pop. I parked to give my dogs their treat and she was so nice to see me and bring it out to my car. I didn't get her name but she was very sweet! Every time I go my order is always correct and the employees are very kind.
Excellent customer service, very attentive and helpful. And actually got sugar free options too!!! Gets ya through dat last stretch of highway...
Was an amazing experience from the easiness of ordering to the exceptional customer service. The parking lot & drive-thru are designed to get you in & out as fast as possible, & its location is very convenient for those driving up & down I-35. I had the peach smoothie, which was recommended to me by the nice lady working there, & it was delicious. My husband had a decaf Americano, which he liked. The frosted sugar cookies are good also, but the egg & cheddar biscuit was my favorite. The service was very fast. All in all, I was very pleased & will definitely be returning.

Iced mocha latte was amazing. Spicy sausage burrito was pretty bad. I could only eat the first bite. VERY runny scrambled eggs. But coffee is A+!

We got caramelisous (idk how to spell it) coffee and it’s so good, the chocolate chip cookie was amazing and warm. Perfect mix with the coffee
Coffee was good, burrito was gas station quality. Tortilla was stale and they're not hand made. Staff was very friendly!
