Absolutely the best little coffee shop i been inside here in Texas. The staff was amazing the food was splendid and coffee was top notch if you are in the area give it a shot. There's a reading library upstairs that is on one side and art and local crafters on the other.

Wonderful place in the heart of the historic town! Very charming and cozy place for studying or just collecting artistic inspiration - they have an indoor gallery that supports local artists (crafters included) Staff is super friendly and attentive They have gluten-free options and amazing coffee! It is a must stop
Food was good. I'd really like to brag on their service. My daughter spilled her large lemonade and they were more than willing to assist.

This place is great. I travel for work from south Texas to Dallas and this has become one of my favorite stops off of I35. Sure, it’s a few miles off the highway but it’s always worth it. The coffee is really good and the baristas do a great job of making all of the brews I’ve had (I can vouch for the pour over, the cortado, and the cappuccino). They’ve also got a food menu that I’ve never tried, usually just because I’m only in for coffee. It looks good, though, and their attention to detail on the coffee tells me it’s probably great cafe food. The employees are friendly, and it’s definitely a place where I’ll enjoy coffee and stretch a bit before hitting the road. If you’re traveling anywhere near Hillsboro, stop by. It’s a great place and worth the 5 min detour off the interstate.
Only used the drive thru. They were out of my first choice for breakfast but their suggestion for a second choice was delicious. Coffee was excellent.
The keto coffee is perfectly made, it was made exactly how I requested. The breakfast croissant I ordered with spinach and tomato, definitely flaky and perfectly browned crust as well, it was absolutely delicious. I also ordered the spinach bistro and it was absolutely delicious as well, I loved how it was buttery and had a perfectly brown crust.

i usually wouldn’t go out of my way to write a review on a restaurant or a business but i ate here yesterday and got sick and all i got was a coffee and a breakfast croissant sandwich and that was the only thing i ate yesterday so i couldn’t have gotten food poisoning from anywhere else … please make sure your eggs or bacon are good before you serve them ! the coffee was really good at least lol.
Such an amazing coffee shop with excellent staff and incredible character. The coffee was solid and the croissant breakfast sandwich was good. There is tons of seating. It is very historical inside while the bathrooms are new and super clean. They also sell local items such as chocolate and art. Definitely worth the side trip from the highway.
