They need to update hours on google and their website. Came at 11 today and they were closed. Drove all the way out for nothing.

I tried a sugar free caramel latte when they were in front of Crunch this morning in Temple! They were so nice and easy to talk to and the drink was delish! I’d definitely like to get them again and try the lavender latte I see people talking about on here!

Saw Blair Coffee Co. nominated for Best of Georgetown Coffee and wanted to check it out . It's actually a coffee truck, which is interesting. I got a drip coffee with oat milk. It's cheaper than Starbucks and *so* much better. Try it if you like quality coffee without frills or upcharges

One of the best coffee’s I’ve had in the entire Georgetown austin area. They definitely made me a #BlairLiever

Good service, a food truck in the parking lot. Coffee was average, a little pricey.

Very cute coffee truck in the parking lot of the catfish parlor! Came upon this place after hiking around Georgetown lake. We ordered a hot and cold lavender matcha latte with almond milk. They do offer dairy alternatives of oat and almond milk, which is not listed on the menu. I enjoyed my drink, it was refreshing and not very sweet. You can taste the subtle hints of lavender but it was not sweet lavender syrup like other places I have ordered it from. They also have a few chairs and tables that you can sit at underneath the shade. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely come back again after my hikes. Cold brew: the cold brew is pretty strong but tasted great with a little bit of oat milk.

I ordered an americano and it was as good as it could possibly be. No sugar or syrup required.

We were vacationing in Georgetown and happened upon this lil coffee joint. Great coffee!! We will have gotten it 4 times by the time we leave … it would have been 5 but they are closed on Sundays. No hate on them for that. Days off are important too!!

Great coffee. Love the Little airstream trailer so cute. It’s kinda hidden in the parking lot catfish parlor. We had a cold coffee late with vanilla and cinnamon. They have a home made honey syrup but they were out we will try next time.

Quaint Lil hole in the wall Airstream coffee shop completely authentic to Texas. Sodas, coffee and more all locally made. Seeing lavender on the menu was the selling point for me. Vanilla and lavender cold brew hit the spot! Thanks for being there when I was camping 100 miles from home!

Lovely little coffee truck with extra nice baristas! They have steeped teas (these tea bags are no joke! Real teas!), espresso, coffees, lattes, iced coffees, matcha, and some tasty treats. I saw gourmet poptarts, but haven't tried those yet. The London Fog is superb!

Super friendly barista and high quality ingredients. Very reasonably priced coffees. Nothing else this great on this end of Williams drive.
