Being from the islands this place brings me back! I love the drink selection and not only does it taste amazing it’s in a combining location!
Very friendly good variety in their menu. The wait can be lengthy but it all depends on the amount of orders ahead of you. Well worth the wait.
I called at 12:30pm to see if they were going to be able to have a take out order ready at 2:30pm. The lady told me that they can and took my order. I get there at 2:40pm and they hadn't even started my order. Very bad customer service. They weren't even apologetic. Lost my business.
Quality and quantity has gone down since my last review. Waffles have gotten smaller and the recipe changed. Drinks have increased in price. Kinda disappointed.
I had a great experience. Especially Katelyn and Abigail Mouton had GREAT..no, EXCELLENT customer service.
I asked my husband to order the pistachio boba drink with almond milk, light sugar, and taro flavored boba. He told me the worker needed to look it up in their computer because they have not ever served it before. It turned out great. I love it! The pistachio flavor is smooth but also had a good strong intensity. The boba is good too but I think next time I’ll just go for regular brown boba. Thank you Bloom Coffee worker!
I LOVE THIS PLACE! The coffee is so much better than Starbucks! And the food hits the spot! However, I took one star away bc this place has a system that requests a tip but they make ZERO effort to bring your food out to you! Nor do they offer to pick your trash up... so why are we being asked for a tip?
Some of the worst service I've ever had here ever. My girlfriend and I walked in to get ourselves a drink, only to have one of the workers start talking badly about my girlfriend and laughing about it loud enough to hear it. Absolutely ridiculous!

Bloom in Copperas Cove is a wonderful place to relax with a book while enjoying a Tea or Coffee or any of their drinks. You'll be happy 😊 that you tried Cove Bloom.

Oh My God. This is the absolute worst experience at a boba place that I have ever had. I bought 2 drinks, and I KNOW what these drinks should taste like I've been coming here since they opened, and I go to the other locations. so I get home and it tastes like nothing. okay, fine I'll call in and see what I can do about it. I call in explain both of my drinks taste off. My Taro smoothie doesn't taste like anything and the chocolate smoothie just tastes sweet, and ask if there's anything that they can do. The first girl on the phone gives it to her shift supervisor. The shift supervisor is a bit standoffish but otherwise is whatever. they can't do anything, apparently okay, sure I get that going up the chain is hard and their hands may be tied. I'm like okay, goodbye. and this lady goes "UGHHHH" like I've done something wrong by calling in????? seriously? I didn't press I didn't yell, I literally just asked if there was anything I could do. At this point it's worth just driving a few more minutes into killeen there are like 4 boba places in a 10 minute radius that treat you better.
A small, somewhat eclectic Korean-style(?) coffee shop. These aren't negatives, the shop is simply not typical. This shop is one of three locally owned shops, the other two are in Killeen and Harker Heights. Coffee beans seem roasted at the Killeen shop. Service was a bit slow on my visit; my impression was that only the manager can make a coffee drink (the other employees were just on the register). BUT, she makes a great cup of coffee, much better and at a lower cost than Starbucks down the street The menu is unusual, yes, there's coffee but the menu is dominated by "Bingsoo," Korean shaved iced with a wide variety of toppings. Ha, and there's a variety of cup ramyun. "Korean coffee" is also a menu item, something I'll try on my next visit. These days Korea has great coffee shops with equally good baristas. I'm wondering if "Korean coffee" is a throwback to the kind of coffee you used to get from street kiosks or coffee vending machines... 맥심?

The chicks here don’t even know what they are selling. They don’t know anything about their drinks and didn’t even know that matcha is caffeinated. I have only had hot n miss luck, once I ordered a drink that that so unbelievably sweet I didn’t want it after 2 sips, instead of making me a knew one I had to buy a whole new different type of drink because it was just too gross to stomach. This place really has so much potential.
Got an iced pumpkin spice latte, was good but could have been better. Got the coffee fast and the baristas were very kind.
Orders just take too long, but great food and drinks.
