Most upscale restaurant in Cove and yet it’s affordable. Stuffed parmigiana was creatively put together, highly recommend. Had a pizza from there as well once , my moms favorite
The food was so delicious! I highly recommend this place. I will definitely go back if I get the chance. The size of the meal was good, not too much, not too little. The flavor of the muscles was so tasty! I would've preferred more sauce on my spaghetti, meatballs and Italian sausage though.
Food just wasn't good. I got charged an additional $2.99 for some soup with sausage in it, but yet I didnt see one piece of sausage in the soup. Garlic knots were hard and dried out, I feel like I was robbed what a waste of money. My broccoli was hard and not fully cooked, I got the Artichoke dip and it was barely enough to put on the few pieces of bread provided..This was my first time but definitely my last.. I will stick to Olive Garden this definitely isn't worth the money.
Amazing experience!! This restaurant was the perfect venue to celebrate Mother’s Day with my wife (mother of three)!! The atmosphere encouraged communication between us while blocking out the ambient noise (see the photos). We enjoyed two well prepared plates. I highly encourage visiting and meeting our waitress (Alondra). She was very helpful, sweet, and attentive. We will certainly be back.
Delicious food, attentive and friendly staff, a VERY enjoyable meal!
Great food and service. Pricey, but great for the occasional splurge! I had the Citrus Grilled Salmon, which comes with a salad (try the lemon and garlic house dressings) and veggies. Delicious!
Everyone loved the food, my complaint with the Shrimp Capri is the same thing as always with "shrimp scampi", always has mostly the asparagus STALK, I don't like the stalks they tend to be hard. Other party members devoured their meals, as far as the atmosphere, we had none. we were tucked in a corner by an exit door in a cubby. I was a bit disappointed, but I do understand it was prom night or something and I do understand trying to utilize all spaces, but it's not for a group of 4, maybe a quiet seating area for couples. Ps try the cream soda, really good aa well as the spanich dip appetizers.
Made reservations and the waitress did a awesome job! Food was delish!
A hidden gem in the hill country of Texas. Excellent Italian cuisine with service to match.
It was a great experience. We sat in the hall first but it was a little noisy, then we changed to the barrel booth. It was a lot quieter. The dinner Croissant tasted great if you dip it in the sauce of stuffed mushroom or mussels. 🤌Yummy. But the veal was mediocre. And the Tuscany soup tasted good.
The food was mediocre and overpriced. Who puts cut-up lunch meat in an Italian dish. Portions were small. The waiter was not very attentive. But I was there to celebrate my friend's birthday. You want great Italian food in Cove, go to Bella Sera. You'll be much more satisfied.
Had the wings for appetizer .they arrived quick hot and good.tortellini soup was memorable .very good .it was lunch had Philly cheese steak sandwich .i special modified it .our bartender made sure it was exactly what i wanted.back of house made it to order .ive eaten 100 of these all over the country .very good here .atmosphere is light and airy with a fountain center of dining .it was mid afternoon so we sat at the bar for conveience,I don't drink but I noticed the many draft beers,Michelin ultra, blue moon ,does equis ,etc and a wide variety of top shelf liquors ,as an ex mgr at a Trudys in Austin.i can't help but notice a properly equipped bar .I frequent this restaurant as it is as good as it gets in copperas cove and 4 stars in Texas.
Food is always 👏🏽 amazing. Service was awesome 👌 they never disappoint, the booth experience is everything. The happy hour drinks 🍸 are delicious
Worst take out experience I've experienced in my 4 years in Copperas Cove. Manager refused to even attempt to rectify an issue with them not packaging an ordered item. Order was already 60 dollars, and they disrespected my wife when she asked for a partial refund. Worst customer service, ive experienced. PLEASE save your money and drive the extra minute to another restaurant.
Service was great and professional felt taken care of. Food was great.
A spacious and accomodating Italian restaurant hidden away in Central Texas. Very attentive staff will ensure a great experience at this relatively upscale facility. Lovely decor and seating options make for a captivating experience. Came here for some mandatory fun- ask about reserving a private room for your next event and they will take care of you!
We used to dine at Giovanni's way back when they were in the Cove Terrace shopping center. Honestly, after they built the new place, their food quality went down. In the last year or two, they have come back with a vengeance and their food is quite good! They also have a variety of gluten-free options which is hard to find in Italian restaurants. Service is usually always quite good. The only thing I don't like is the acoustics in the main dining areas--wayyyyy too loud. Love their "Romeo and Juliet" seating area--so long as it is just 2-4 people, it is perfect as you can hear the person/people you are dining with. The last time I was there though, I asked for my carrots that came with the meal to be al dente. The manager came out and didn't seem to understand what al dente means. I explained the every other time I had been there, I was able to get al dente carrots. He wanted to argue with me about it. I dismissed his ridiculous excuses and just ate around the incredibly mushy carrots.
Well, couldn't tell you if the food was actually any good. Due to the fact that when we were sat at our table; no one even greeted us in any way shape or form. This place was recommended by my neighbor for its amazing food. I will say, the food you could smell in the restaurant did smell great. The items on the menu sounded absolutely amazing. Problem though, when you are sat in a section and sit there for almost 20 minutes; and your server doesn't even acknowledge you... that's an epic fail. Yes, it was actually timed to. Finally after not only my server on 3 occasions didn't acknowledge my table, but 3 others didn't as well. Got up, and left. I made it a point to stop at the hostess stand and asked for a manager. That took roughly 10 minutes for him to come up front. I discussed the issue with him and let him know that this was my first time coming and probably the last due to the epic failure in customer service. There were plenty of excuses given to me not only by the manager but also hearing them by the server. 2 👎's down
Food was delicious, definitely recommend for a date night, or family celebration. I will be going back for sure.
Absolutely amazing restaurant! I ordered a calzone and what I loved so much about it was that the bread was soft, which I feel is rare to find The bread sticks they had were also amazing. They were very soft and were delicious. The food came out hot as well Kaylee was an amazing waitress. Even though we were the only ones on the back patio, she still kept checking on us and was very friendly. She went above and beyond I'd definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area or anyone visiting
