Workers are rude every time, especially the girl at the window. Kolaches have uncooked hot dogs in them, donut holes are always burnt. Tried to give this location one more go but I will not be returning.
The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the food is delicious!

Awesome place! It’s our family tradition every weekend! the management runs a very well oiled machine! Workers are always nice and polite! The orders are correct and the drive thru is fast! Keep up the great work Amanda and team!!!!

Great variety of donuts, the kids love them. Sometimes they have a chemical taste, sometimes they don't. The sausage & cheese kolaches are very disappointing. I normally have a mountain of bread left over since the sausage is so small.
Was visiting family. Donuts were good but not as good as expected based on reviews.

The guy working the drive-thru was totally rude. When we pulled up to the window, he just yelled “WHAT” and gave us serious attitude the whole time. Looks like this location has had issues with rude employees before, why is nothing being done about it?
Got the sausage kolache, could find the sausage. Not worth what they charged for it.
A bit too much bread on the kolaches but still worth it.

Really hate to leave this review but I can’t take it anymore. First, Shipley’s has the best doughnuts anywhere, and I have been going to this location for years, but I don’t / can’t recommend this location anymore. The guy working the inside counter always seems irritated when I place an order, and the girl working the window is as unpleasant as possible. Further, when I use the drive through, they get my order wrong most of the time; not to mention the fact that the drive through line is always incredibly long and not worth the wait. [However, the guy working the drive through (outside), taking orders on his cell phone, is an A+ human being; he is the ONLY person that makes this Shipley’s tolerable. Unfortunately you still have to deal with everyone else, and it’s unbearable.] While I will probably still use this location, as it’s the only one around and it wins by default, I can’t tell anyone else that it is worth it.
