If I could choose NO stars I would!! Bryan would never I just left less than 10 minutes ago ordered 3 DOZEN DONUTS at 9am and opened the box to grab one and they’re COLD not even a little warm Smfh‼️
I always love going to Shipley's! They've been my favorite donut shop since I was a kid and this location has such kind workers who are always quick to assist me.
I come in every Sunday to pick up a bigger order. All the staff is super friendly, helpful, and accommodating for my big order. It is always offered to assist me in carrying out my order. This location goes the extra mile in customer service. The store itself is clean and well maintained.

I really enjoyed those glaze donuts, best time to go is the mornings they and fresh and not too sweet. They are just right.

Shipley has the best donuts in town! Dropped by here due to donut craving and their donuts didn’t disappoint. The Apple fritter is a must get along with lemon filled donuts. The servers were very friendly. One of the servers gave us one wrong flavored donut and she happily replaced the donuts for us by giving us extra donuts! Superb customer service! Will definitely come back again! Thank you for the hospitality!!!
I decided to try this place out for a second time this weekend and it was a big mistake. The girl with the short blue hair and dog collar was rude from the beginning. She was very impatient and seemed bothered by the customers in the store. I told her multiple times what I wanted and I still received the wrong items. That is the last I will be coming into this place. I can find donuts somewhere else for cheaper where the employees actually have good attitudes.
