I called this week and last week and no one answers the phone. Last Thursday, I came at 6:50pm and the doors were locked but the lights were on and no one answered when I knocked on the door. There is no sign on the door that said they wouldn’t be open, so either the google hours are inaccurate or the place is closed down? Either way, it’s unprofessional to leave no way to inform customers that you’re closed.

I've tried on four separate occasions to come get boba and they're always closed. Like at 2 and 3 in the afternoon. Even in the evenings their doors are locked. I only gave it two stars because the one time they were opened, the boba was good! Unfortunately I will not be back due to the inconsistant hours that are not posted anywhere. People can't drive all the way to Moge just to have to leave and go across the street to ShareTea. I'll save myself the hassle and just go strait to ShareTea from now on.

If i could leave less than a star, i would have. Normally, Moge Tee is one of my go to shops in Houston. However, this cannot be held to the same standard and quality as their Houston counterparts. We arrived today at 1pm. How can a store state that they are open but no one is inside? How can a store state they are open but the doors are locked? How can a store serve bubble tea if there is no one to serve it? This location should close down permanently. My disappointment is immeasurable and my birthday ruined.

Online it says they open at 1, I went at 2, doors were locked, but employees were inside. They don't have the times they are open anywhere on the outside of the restaurant. They also don't pick up their phone.

Good drinks, cheap, not as sweet as other boba places, recommend getting above 50% sweetness, and mixing your drink. Was drinking it before mixing it and relaxed I was drinking a sort of custard they use to sweeten and flavor the drinking. Mix it and it’ll taste good and be a liquid. Not many people came in , good environment and good wifi. Enough power outlets, just don’t know where to park

Came three times and the appearance and tastes were all disappointing. Been to other moge tee stores and loved it.

The drinks are in super cute cups but the drinks themselves are so subpar

Decent drinks, fresh ingredients. The music is too loud there sometimes. But it's clean and the lighting is nice

Overpriced, but tasty. Staff a little bit distant.

The tea hit the spot, and the boba selection included Aloe. Plenty of clean tables and chairs. Order by kiosk, pay by card, receipt by text message, single use plastics, pricey, feels impersonal like a vending machine with a guy inside

奶茶很好喝,但还是最喜欢他们的水果茶,清爽解渴,夏天喝真的很解暑

$8 for a drink is expensive...but I'll be coming back because of the nice decor and the fact that this is the best/most authentic boba place in town so far!

It was yummy! VERY expensive for boba, a large with boba pearls was over 8 dollars. Clean store and cute aesthetic. Would be a great study place. A negative and positive was the ordering- It was nice to have a kiosk but the options need more descriptions. I'm honestly not sure what I ordered but it was pretty good. I would go back to study but not to just grab a tea.

Kind of expensive for boba but honestly it's worth it. They have so many selections to choose from. Ordering is done through the app or the automated tablets they have in-store.

Tried this place out and I like the kiosk ordering, but it's difficult to order when there aren't descriptions for the drinks. The milk teas didn't have descriptions like the others had. The service needs to be improved. I wasn't even greeted. When I walked up to the counter I was told "order over there" and she pointed to the kiosk. That was the only thing the worker said to us during our entire visit. At some point she must've called out our number but I didn't hear it, so our drinks sat there for 10 mins, until I checked my phone and saw a text alert that my drink is ready. The drinks were very good and the boba was delish. All in all, I would go back for the drinks, but the service needs major improvement to make this place successful.

I had the Taro Tofu Pudding. It was okay, but not great! Since it’s taro with tofu and fresh milk, I got full very soon. The place is nice and clean. You can order through electronic kiosks. However, we have waited 15 minutes for getting three drinks. Update: we ordered more drinks but I think it’s too expensive for a small drinks. I like sharetea more! :(
