The menu listed a price 20% lower than what I was charged. When I asked the staff to try to update the menu they argued with me about it. Got to work to find that they had given me completely the wrong order. Will not return, even on this campus there are better options.
Really cute place to do homework in and eat. Asiago bagel, avacado and eggs are real good, not a fan of the ham though. Love how they accept retail swipes and the food is not as expensive as I thought considering other places on campus but overall cute place, it is busy though.
Was just closed randomly during operating hours
Personnel are always kind and their coffee drinks & bagel sandwiches are top notch
Don't order the strawberry banana smoothie 🤢
2nd time going here and they are closed well over a half hour early.
I have come here a lot as a student because they take dining dollars. Their bagels are good, and I usually get a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel for breakfast when I come. I will admit that the people working do not have the best attitudes, but they work in a very stressful environment and I’m not going to be mad about that. Good food, relatively quick, just don’t go approximately 10 minutes before and after a class because it’ll be busy.
staff is rude to customers and line takes forever. tamu should be ashamed.
It is inside the A&M campus; it is a franchise location. They do not accept using Einstein App, and the Bagels we're not fresh. I was there at 9:30 am on a weekend Never again
A horrible experience for any person to endure. The staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate. One staff member even told me that they didn’t have a certain bagel, when I could see it on their damn menu. Lazy staff, rude staff, and the food is sub par. I even had a person tell my my card was fraudulent, when it’s really just their horrible machines.
Line always takes forever, cashiers will randomly walk away from the registers to go do something else. They're kind of rude and make the whole experience uncomfortable. I gave them the benefit of the doubt a few times because it was busy, but its the same no matter what. Not worth it for subpar bagels.
Rude employees, waited over 25 minutes for the food and only received one of the two orders.
The food is good, but the the manager is extremely rude, and expects you to wear your mask even while sitting down. If you stand in the wrong place while waiting for your food, she’ll yell at you. If you don’t stand EXACTLY on the little sticker while in line, she’ll yell at you. I came in with a sprained ankle the other day, and promptly got yelled at for simply leaning on a table that was marked off for “social distancing.” There were no other tables available, partially because the manager had left her binder on one of them and wasn’t allowing people to use it. Most of the employees are very kind and do their best to help you politely, but the manager is awful and extremely rude.
Great place, I didn't encounter rude staff..HOWEVER, there is no place to park!!!
Terrible staff who are slow and incompetent
10 min wait in line, 30 min wait for food
Einstein's has good bagels. I am not a bagel afficionado, but to my uncultivated taste buds these are alright, especially the cinnamon raisin with a bit of coconut oil. Recommended. The coffee is also not bad, but I'm speaking as someone who really likes what comes pouring out of the spigot at any local convenience store. Fancy coffee? Paying to enhance status. Give me Maxwell House in a sippy cup for a dollar five.
The food is pretty good but the employees are extremely rude. I have been multiple times and have never experienced good customer service from this restaurant. It would be good to see the management changed.
Maryland who served me is awesome!
The food is okay and the customer service is alright. Nothing special but they get the job done. Food is moderately priced.
