I have never had an issue with dutch bros. I use the app to get points, I highly recommend using it! Speeds up the paying process as well. The staff is always super friendly and has great recommendations.
The service is great 👍 including service. Everyone is friendly and nice to the point where I could go get coffee every day. It's a must go.

The Cedar Park location is my favorite DB store and I drive out of my way to that store even though there is another one closer to my house. The staff there really make the visit an experience! They are so friendly, full of energy, and all seem to love Dutch Bros. It’s nice to see people who love what they do and where they work. Sometimes the line gets long but that’s just because they are busy! Their ordering system and employees keep the line moving so the wait isn’t what you expect it would be. I love their unique approach to coffee and energy drinks.

When I’m looking to switch things up from my normal energy drink routine, I’ll go to Dutch Bros!! They always have delicious drinks and sometimes, fun stickers!!

Staff and chai was excellent, four stars for them! However, the mangonada lemonade was not - the topping was good but the lemonade tasted like hi-c or Tropicana, very cheap. For the price I did expect fresh lemonade.
The drinks AND the broistas are wonderful. The drinks at this location are consistent and ridonkulously yummy. The manager is badass AND kind, he's always calm even when the Wi-Fi goes down or there's an issue with a machine or something - keeping everyone else chill in the shack. The app is easy to use. For the first time in 20 years this elder millennial former Seattleite barista is having fun with coffee and ways to get caffeinated again, thanks DBs.
We don't have one where we live so we ALWAYS make sure to check them out when there is one in the town we visit. Their hot cocoa for my kiddos is the best! Always on point!
So far, all the coffee and tea are great. This is my new favorite coffee stop. All the staff are so friendly and sweet. Highly recommend checking this place out with the family.

I have been coming 5 days a week for 4+ months. Know this team by name, they know my orders and they are quick and friendly. But on 3-17, I went and recognized NO ONE. It took me 25 minutes to get thru the line and my cup had sticky spots all the way around. I dont know whats happened. I am sitting in line right now for the third time since then (took a break after the second visit was the same), and it's still the same. Been waiting for 20 minutes and there are still 4 cars ahead of me. So disappointed. Won't be back for a while. Finally left with my drink. I sat at the window for 4 minutes as they hadn't even started my drink when I pulled up. And STILL...no one I recognized. If this is some type of location swap, please bring someone to teach this new team speed!
Service was friendly and the large size coffee lasts me allll day! But the flavors were kind of hit or miss. I would come again just for the service or if I'm near a Dutch Bros because the bro-ristas were very personable and nice!
They make wonderful drinks, but not always consistent. They have a great staff who do everything can to make your experience awesome.

this shi sweet ah hail yall I asked for is half sugar and it tastes like diabetes in a cup holy i think there are like fifty sugar cubes in that one drink. but yours tea is good but holy hail lower ur sugar you are the reason half of america is obese.

Helped keep me awake for my trip to SA and back. Also owe you a huge tip that I completely forgot to give in my rush to get going. Next time for sure! Stay awesome!
