I ordered 2 stickers off of their website after stopping by their shop and falling in love with their coffee and overall positive vibe. To my surprise, I opened my package and found a free bag of coffee and two MORE stickers. Needless to say, I experienced the “polite” coffee way. Their kindness truly made my day and made me wanna turn around and do something nice for someone else. Thank you, guys. :)

Polite Coffee Roasters has been my go to study spot in the mornings for the past couple of years. They have the best combo of great coffee and fast wifi which is a must for my major. I've really enjoyed the setup with lots of big open rooms with tons of natural light. Going to the Kyle House has been like going to study at your friend's house. Incredibly welcoming staff and even better drinks. Love the selection of bakery goods and attentiveness to dietary restrictions. Gluten free baked goods 10/10

My favorite cafe ever! I love to get my beans here to brew at home, and they always give me a free drink to go with it. I love their chai tea a ton!

Get their pumpkin bread!! I love pumpkin bread and theirs is one of the best I’ve had. It had a great taste. I got an iced lavender latte and that also tasted great. Their lavender syrup has a very strong taste (my partner described it as “blending a whole stem of lavender into the drink”). I enjoyed it but I know some might not enjoy that strong of a lavender taste. This was also such a cute coffee shop, it’s very spacious and well-decorated.

I've never waited so long for a cup of black coffee, I've never had black coffee taste like mushroom covered depression and I never want to again. The place felt like a hippie flop house, the lady at the register was sweet, the guy making coffee seemed disinterested in existence much less doing his job.

I always stop by whenever I find myself in college station. Their coffee is just that good! The house that the shop is in is worth just checking out too, love the vibe and plenty of corners for you to study in. I love their espresso, usually my go to is a cappuccino, but on their spring menu they had a grapefruit hibiscus cold brew that was too good to pass up. It was so delicious! Also the staff is super friendly or polite if you will ;)

Long wait, average coffee, not much seating. We got 2 different drinks, but both were average at best. We also got a kolache which was decent, but was cold by the time we sat down with our drinks to eat it. Lots of students sit here and study which is fine. But most of the tables have 4 chairs, which means most of the tables only had 1, maybe 2 people at them with a customer sitting there for at least an hour with just 1 drink. It’s a neat building (converted old house), but I wish the service matched the aesthetics of that. When we did find a table, it was part broken and ended up spilling half my drink on it. Staff seemed nice, it just took too long to get a couple of coffees, and above average price. At least 15 minutes. Almost $25 for 2 drinks, kolache, and the 20% tip we added on. I don’t plan on returning.

Love the idea of a coffee shop designed in a everyday house. Feels welcoming and interesting to lounge around in. Staff is great, wide variety of espresso options. Just cozy and unique shop here in BCS

Just the coffee house I've been after in Bryan. It's the Sweet Eugene's of Bryan in a lovely historic home setting, butwith real coffee mugs(!) and lots more! Love studying here.

Every few weeks, when we'd drive by, I'd mention, let's check out this place sometime. Welp, 2+ years later, we arrived. I'd read the story about Steve and his detailed approach with roasting and excitement to open the shop, while bringing on board just as dedicated a staff. i couldn't wait to support such an endeavor, and finally the day came. Absolutely adore what they've done with the interior, keeping it as original as possible, with the possibility of more quiet areas to work, chat, enjoy the ambiance of the home. The friendliness of the staff superb, the lil sign that says something about ask questions, i read that after i inundated them w quite a few already, hehheh I bought 2 bags of beans. Enjoying 1 of them currently as i write this (well, the coffee made from the beans) and as i enjoy my pour over, with water reaching just 140°, the fragrance is divine, the subtle sweetness tantalizing, brought to me from Rodrigo Peláez (Columbian). I've not delved into the Mache Estate (El Salvador) as of yet, but I'm certain I'll be just as pleased The 4 stars though? Sadly, they use a microwave. I enjoyed an Americano on our visit, was shocked to hear a door open and looked to see they put in a cup with a filter. Was that my drink? I don't know, but either way, i was highly disappointed, with all the effort to bring the bean to near perfection to then use microwaved water ¿¿

This is my favorite local coffee shop & roaster. Their coffee is delicious, and the ambiance is perfect to get work done. There are plenty of places to sit down. The tables and ample seating are conducive to large collaboration efforts.

So worth the short drive! I seek out local coffee shops nationwide that have a community impact. I was blown away by the home I would see, the space to meet, and coffee. Opportunity for Polite to grow: There was very little fresh food left at 230pm, which is a shame. I wanted an afternoon snack, and it just wasn't available. Also, the chip reader did not work for many customers for CC payments. This should be redeemed immediately. I also attempted to look around the house for its historical features but was told that most of the home was off-limits by staff. It is understandable but a lost chance to show me true history. This was my 1st visit to Polite Coffee. I will try you all again.

Good coffee, tea, hot chocolate and fresh muffins. Nice vibe, be aware as with most coffee shops near a University you will find lots of students camped out inside so tablets may be a bit harder to find at certain times. Don’t sweat that there are more tablets available outside.

Seriously, one of the best coffee roasters accessible to people with particular palates! Just ordered 2 days ago, from their website to try their "Limited" release offerings. I ordered two different bags and to my surprise, my order arrived yesterday with special gift! They sent me a 6oz bag of their Nicaraguan release El Madroño as a sweet southern gesture for FREE! They also sent me a kind handwritten note with some of their stickers as well! Ya'll are super swell folks! Appreciate ya'll much ~
