This place was terrible. The food was terrible, my pancakes were Raw my eggs over medium were burnt on the edges to a crisp the sausage was raw in the middle and it was overpriced. The place is very small mostly locals and the seating was terrible will never go back again.

A local gem. In business for 50 years. The turkey lunch special is very popular.

Best restaurant and Café in Brenham Texas to eat !! Chili’s and Applebee’s has to stand on their great grandmother’s shoulders just to kiss their butts.

I have been coming to Santa Fe & SP Cafe for a while now without any issues. The food is always good and pricing is fair.

Breakfast was unremarkable and not worth the long wait. ..service was very slow. ... But WARNING..they only take CASH.... NO CREDIT CARDS.. they have a sign on the front door sidelight at about waist height..which we totaly missed.. This is off our list...and the are probably happy about it..as I do not see anywhere on all of the rest of these reviews that they have even tried to respond to...We had high hopes that this would be our new favorite eating place in Brenham... didn't pan out..pardon the pun.

This is the place to go for a great home style breakfast at a reasonable price. Seating is a little tight and tables only, no booths. The two things you need to be prepared for is they are not open on weekends and they do not take any form of plastic card for payment. Cash only. I also did not see an ATM available so plan accordingly.

Cramped, way too busy. Arrived about 10:30 but no breakfast after 10am. Priced well. Lunch special had lots to choose from including tea or coffee plus dessert for just under $10. Restroom outside, inconvenient for handicapped. Again, cramped and way too busy.

The roast pork was delicious! I couldn't believe how much food came with the special - 3 sides, a drink, AND dessert!

Everyone are such sweethearts! Especially ms. Gladis. I ordered the lunch special. Sweet peas, baked beans, sweet roll, mashed potatoes and the sausage!!! The bonus was the drink and my banana pudding!! This home cooked meal is what a trucker needed!!!!!! Thanks y’all…. Total came to 10.72 after tax! And only CASH!

Santa Fe Cafe is good food for a good price. Love that the daily special is $10 for the entrée, a drink and desert. Everyone in the cafe seems happy to be there, the staff has personality. The line can be long but it moves quick. Inside feels like a diner.

I think this place doesn't know the meaning of running a business, 3rd bad experience " I checked their website to be sure they would be open when planed my trip for yesterday, drove out of my way only to get there and they were closed for vacation, why didn't they put that on their website "

This is the cutest little diner ever!!! The food was southern style cooked to perfection. I do wish they accepted card payments. Other than that the southern hospitality was great, and we will have to come back sometime!
