Cold stale donuts. I don't care what time of the day it is. Why continue to sell it at regular price if you know it is no longer fresh.
For a shipleys that's open until 6pm selling extremely cold donuts and had no kloches at 10 am then gives us our donuts falling out the box

First time i went i got two donuts cost me two dollars 🥴… second time i went at 7:20 in the morning and got two dozen donut holes they were ice cold i would not recommend
The building is nice , it was clean and the young lady was nice too. Only issue I have and I've never had any issues with Shipley's because we grew up on Shipley's is the Kolaches and Donuts were cold and the Kolaches didn't have enough cheese (close to none)

It’s good if they are open, never open on time. 10-5-22 place is closed at 05:30 no one will open the locked door, all kinds of stuff Put out. Guess it’s on display only lol

My grandkids love the selection of sprinkle donuts they offer! I like the chocolate iced cake donuts.
The staff is super awesome ,the kind of staff that makes you feel welcome and smail😁and the food is great ..just ease up on the glaze ..

You couldn’t ask for a better place to get amazing tasting donuts, the staff are all friendly and welcoming. Megan and her team are the best! They made me a loyal customer for sure.
You know how they say New York pizza and bagels are soo good because of the water. Bay City Shipley's must be shipping that water in. The Kolache Chef Megan knows my order and always give me a couple extra mustard packets with my kolache and always with a warm smile as warm as my kolaches!
Meg and her wonderful crew are awsome never had a bad experience. From the first time I've walk in I felt the positive energy! Shoot they best customer service baycity. Doughnuts and kloches are always sooo good!!

Team was great with getting me what I needed in no time. I did make it alittle complicated, but they seem to handle it very well for being new staff. I got my hot donuts and will be coming again
Best donuts I've had in awhile! Can't complain when megan is very welcoming into the building and the donuts are hot and ready. Will be coming back for me soon!
