Everyone is just always in a nice mood when I've been there. Food is perfect, iced coffee is so flavorful. I asked if I can put boba on my iced coffee, they said you can put it in ANYTHING. YES.
An alright place. The food is average, most of the choices are unhealthy: mayo, processed meat sandwiches, cheap bread, and cheap pastry. I would love to find a coffee shop with nice pastry that is better quality than HEB pastry. I am still searching for one in Bay City. Service: not the best - employees shout across the room, napkins aren't served, tables are sticky. Coffes are served in paper cups.

I was not able to get off to get my order because I had my babies with me so I called and someone brought it out! It’s a hassle with little ones but Kate’s definitely made it possible!!
The atmosphere is awesome, service is great. The coffee was amazing. Soups are great as well, I look forward to the daily soup selection.

The owner and her staff go above and beyond to make sure that every aspect of your visit is top notch. Every drink I've tried and every bite I've taken has been delicious!!! And they can make all of their drinks in a keto version. The Keto Salty Kate is AMAZING!
I’ve been going to Kate’s Coffee for a long time and never have they failed to make me feel welcomed. On top of their kind service, they have the best Iced Macchiatos! No other coffee shops I’ve tried have compared to my favorite drink that they make so good. 10/10 recommend!
We live in Houston, but go to Bay City on Saturdays to visit my Dad. Kate's is a must-stop when we are there! Great drinks, food and employees!

Enjoyed time here from 8am until 2pm with an old friend to catch up. All day long we were asked if we were doing okay. Everyone was so nice and polite. The coffee, breakfast and lunch was perfect!

I ordered their French toast and it was absolutely delicious. Being an American, I definitely wanted a bigger portion but other than that the food was great.
