Why can I not call this store? On the google listing is a phone number that takes me to corporate I need to call the store. I went in to buy a coffee and muffin top... I got the coffee I never got the muffin top. I still want it can I swing by and grab it later this weeek?
I don't like coffee that much. I tried the banana bread one and it was amazing! I forgot to take a photo 😞
Upbeat and friendly staff, all boasting how much they love working there =D Coffee & drink recipes are executed very well! Prices are in line to local competitive "coffee shop's". Don't forget to tip! Even in the drive thru =)
The menu in the drive thru could be bigger but taste great.
The drinks are great and the staff is always amazing. They make me feel welcome and appreciated which is above and beyond what I would expect.

Too much milk in the Golden Eagle. But the energy drinks are great.
Coffee is good but service is way too slow. 3 cars in front of me took about 20 minutes.

The people here are so nice. They explain any drink you want. Loved them in Colorado. Feel blessed to have them here in Amarillo.
I guess I'm just used to other Dutch Bros. The ones in Amarillo are extremely slow. Every other Dutch Bros I've been to, no matter how long the line is fast and friendly. The Amarillo locations don't even come take your order anymore. They just let sit in line and wait........ WHY?

I absolutely LOVE the location on Coulter and I-40. They always greet me with smiles and genuinely ask about my day. They make my drink to perfection and always double check that I got a straw!!

The coffee is phenomenal! Truly. The wait time is always horrific. Truly. This is consistent across all locations in town. I might prefer a Dutch Bros drink but I can’t afford the wait time. I will take a drive through at Cliffside with 6 cars over a Dutch Bros line with 2 cars. Change this, and I’ll be at Dutch bros for my daily stop rather than elsewhere.
I would leave 5 stars except there’s a couple things that could be improved. There is a young man at the window at coulter Dutch bros that usually makes the drinks while the girls take orders, Well he is pretty rude and the drinks NEVER taste the same! There should be some type of consistency! I’m really confused how this could be happening. The coffee on mirror is better than Coulter location for that reason and that guy doesn’t work at that one. He has a bad attitude and never smiles. He rolls his eyes and says stuff under his breath like he doesn’t want to be there. I appreciate how friendly the women are though.
