I went to this location yesterday afternoon at 4:50 and it was already closed. I won't go back again.
Super slow super super super slow they have to turn on second window been there for 20 minutes in the line and just 5 cars in front off me

Can't say much about the coffee, but as a hot chocolate, "connoisseur" their stuff is good. While I wouldn't go there routinely, it's a nice treat from time to time.
The staff are always on point & on top of their game. Today, I tried the "Nutty Irishman" with no disappointments! 😁 Plus they are able to make almost any coffee drink non-dairy for my daughter.
4 YEARS LATER....holy cow since when did the staff become rude AF?! Literally slammed the window as I drove off, I could hear it while rolling my window up. Hadn't been in 3-4 years, don't plan on coming back to this specific one. Always the nicest sweetest customer service and coffee is AMAZING.

I always get Cliffside on 34th as I work so close to it! But I drove up asked for a water which granted it is free but I took a sip and as usual, it taste funny. Since there was like three ice cubes in it this time around I was able to inspect the clear water easily and there were RED DOTS, BLACK DOTS and HAIR floating around… I’m not one to leave a bad review at all. As I have been given grace before but man, that’s awful. Not sure if they clean that regularly or not but they need to. How can you mess up water lol
This place is quick and has a lot of drink options. It is another great locally owned coffee shops in Amarillo.
I’ve not frequented Cliffside much too much. I was out and about last night on my way somewhere and wanted a latte and Cliffside was right there, so I figured, why not? I ordered a salted caramel latte. One sip put me in an instant good mood! It was soooo good! Amarillo is blessed with many great local coffee shops!
This review is not about the coffee but about what a joke this place is. I pulled up here at 2 pm on Tuesday (should be one of the least busy times). There is no place to order here other than pull up to the window. There was one car ahead of me and waited behind it for over 5 minutes before I gave up. It sure looked like the person in the car ahead of me and the barista was just talking. Barista kept glancing at me as if I am at the wrong place. Not sure how good their coffee is.
Absolutely my go-to when traveling to Amarillo. Great coffee and great service. Love the ability to order ahead on the app too, because Cliffside is usually busy! 😃 Says a lot about a coffee business when they are busy well into the afternoon. Don't pass them by!
great place for coffee i just wish they had a window strictly for app orders. If i make an app order and walk up there is always a few that place orders at the window and im stuck staring at my drinks that are ready on the counter for 10 minutes.
They don't listen when you are ordering coffee have messed up on my coffee 3 times. The other 2 times I ignored it but Today they messed up on my coffee again and I went back through the drive thru to tell them and within 3 second they supposedly made me a new one witch I know for a fact they did not my coffee wasn't hot and my sister used to own a coffee stand! For the prices of their coffee you would think they would do the right thing instead, they just added milk to my coffee. It is ridiculous and very unprofessional and the lady at the window was RUDE!!! Btw I ordered a medium white chocolate mocha non fat sugar free extra hot no foam with whip cream.
I went to get a coffeee this morning before work and it was something that I really needed to relax. When I got to the window I told the girl what I wanted and she acted like I was an inconvenience to her. She did not even repeat what I wanted back the right way. She then turns around and talk to another girl to tell her what I wanted. The whole time this long red headed girl has her back to me and I can hear her talking about me to the girl making my drink. I mean I’m my opinion if you don’t like your job go somewhere else. Also that is not what customer service needs to be like. I got my drink and it tasted straight up like pure chocolate milk. I order a white chocolate mocha ice cold brew coffee. I didn’t have time to fight it I had to get. To work but I’m so upset about how things turned out this morning
In line at 4:55. No hours posted. Was told at 4:58 that they weren’t going to serve us because they closed at 5. Was then stuck in line with a car behind us while they got the drinks wrong for the car in front of us. Got out of the drive through 10 minutes later and went to Dutch Bros.
