The Taco Salad is the stuff!! Need to try this place out, cause it's a must!!

This is my all time favorite place in Sparta. They have the best food hands ✋ down and the best service. The food is homemade from even the sauces used to the recipe itself homemade...even the deserts. You can't find that around here anymore. I love it so much I eat here daily literally if they open im there. I even love their frappes which are better than Starbucks....yes better then Starbucks I said it. Not only are their fraps good but their tea off the chain and so is their slushies and smoothies. Im can't express how awesome everything is and if you don't believe me then see for yourself. I love how they have a special each day and post it on Facebook the night before so you know what to expect. I could keep going on about how great it is so go see for yourself. The people are great and their service is great 👍 they always on their A game. You don't see that anymore but you do here.

We went there for the first time and it was awesome. The staff was so friendly and the food was delicious. The coffee was amazing! I would highly recommend this little gem to everyone!!! You will not regret it!

Cute little bookstore/Cafe’. They carry primarily used books, a few new. If you're looking for romance novels, they've got a large selection. Otherwise, not a wide variety for adult or children. We had a few minutes before an appointment... Nice place to kill some time if you're in Sparta.

Really neat gem tucked away. There's a small road next to it that leads to a back parking area that exits on another street, there is also street parking. Great atmosphere inside with lots of vintage and somewhat newer books on the shelves. They do a book trade in so they get an eclectic stock of books. Very cozy interior, but one that if you keep looking around, you'll notice something different each time.

Great coffee and lots of books! What else could you possibly ask for?

Mad Raven is my favorite local spot hands down. Amanda is a great chef, her daily specials almost always sell out so follow their facebook to make sure your order gets in early! They have a great and affordable drinks menu and a big variety of used books. I only wish they were open a bit more but I respect their choices!

Great food and getting books

A great selection of mostly used books that are neatly organized by category. They cover a wide range of interests. The staff was very welcoming/friendly. We bought books ranging from $3.95 & up. We didn't get coffee so I'm not able to give an opinion on that. They didn't have alternative milk options the day we were there but they did recommend another coffee shop down the road which was very nice! We met a couple of regulars who ordered food and they had great things to say :)

Tried the chicken, bacon and ranch panni. It was great. Couldn't ask for better service. Trying the turkey bacon next.

I don’t know if they have a new or owner or what but two years ago I used to come here almost every day. I finally moved back to Tennessee and stopped by here, it is all new people and they are rude. The lady completely ignored me when I was trying to order. The place is crawling with flies too. I do not see the older lady that used to work here every day. She was always very friendly and made everybody’s day. It’s really upsetting that this place is not what it used to be
