I always look forward to visiting this place. I love the cookies and cream frappuccino with a double shot of espresso. It’s so pretty with the whipped cream and cookie crumble. The turkey panini is awesome. The staff is so nice and I absolutely love the aesthetic of the shop. Better than Starbucks in my opinion. It’s nice to support local business. 🩵

I stop in @ the coffee Collective whenever business lands me in Sparta. The ambiance is comfy & nostalgic. The staff is friendly, professional & even a bit exuberant from time to time. It’s a fun place. I get four cinnamon rolls one for each Daughter & my Wife. The food is made w/ care while the fresh roasted coffee is w/out peer on the Plateau. I like to sit near the windows & take in the sights both in & out the shop. Every few Saturday’s I join a group for Men’s Bible study upstairs in the landing. Whenever we gather it seems we’re not the only ones enjoying the Word & some good Java. Lots of trendies & hipsters there too. Seems like there’s room for everybody. .

The coffee is great! Had a panini for lunch and a waffle the next day for breakfast. Really nice spot.

This was an amazing experience. Amazing vibe. Great coffee. Husband got the Turkey BMT sandwich and I got the egg and bacon croissant - both were so fresh and delish.

Great spot! I don't have any pictures because I ate the food too fast and drank the coffee too quick. It was so good! If you are visiting Fall Creek Falls or any of the gorgeous waterfalls in this part of Tennessee (or you're anywhere close for any other reason) make this your pit stop! We will be coming back any time we are near. ***And they have gluten free bread options.

Cute place but, holy cow, expensive. One tea, one coffee, one sandwich was over $16 before a tip! Ouch. Staff was courteous and helpful. Food tasted better than a Starbucks, but you'll certainly pay for that too. Coming to a time where competitively priced means packing coffee from the home kitchen.

Absolutely the best latte I’ve had in a while. These people know how to make coffee and they also roast their own which is probably why it taste so fresh.

I absolutely loved this coffee shop! It had a very old-fashioned feel to it. There was a large area on the first floor that had a nice amount of seating and a vintage industrial coffee grinder. They also had stairs that led up to a second floor that was decorated with a large Christmas tree and an old wood burning heater. There were also tables and chairs for their patrons on the 2nd floor, as well as a couch, love seat and ottoman for a larger group of customers. The oatmilk latte was creamy and sweet. Their cinnamon rolls were soft with the perfect amount of frosting. The little ones definitely enjoyed their grilled cheese and peppermint hot chocolate. I can't wait to come back to visit.

One of my Favorite places to get breakfast. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere surreal. They don't just have coffee, they have amazing different types of teas as well. I would say it is a must to try one of their breakfast sandwiches, wrap, or waffles they all are absolutely amazing!

Ran in for a quick pick me up while on the way to another town. The coffee was delicious and hand crafted. The dining space has a friendly laid back vibe and it's in a really cute downtown square area that I wish I had more time to explore. Local restaurants, tea room and retail shops on sidewalk lined streets. Nice area worth more than just a coffee run. But, definitely stop for the coffee or an affagato!

Stopped by for a coffee and a bite to eat as we waited to check in at our Air BnB. Shared a Chicken Salad Sandwich and a wonderful salad. An iced coffee and a hot coffee and we were set. Very friendly staff and a wonderful, warm, and cozy place to read and enjoy an afternoon.
