Someone needs to teach Colin the difference between caffeinated and decaf lattes. I was up all night thanks to his carelessness. I ordered a decaf and when he handed it to me I Checked again and he confirmed. 😡
Love the coffee here but last week I was told they were out of coffee and this week they were closed at 8 but online it says 9
Its a used book store that has coffee. Not good.
Stopped to cool off and get some ice cold frappes. Delicious and prepared quickly. Didn't catch the employees name but he was friendly even though he was busy.
Good service but average coffee. I didn't love the specialty drink that I tried and the latte was a little underwhelming

Great coffee! Just be careful a couple of the baristas don't know what they are doing and will mess up your order 3 times and still not get it right.

The people in Books a million are very pleasant and friendly. But I went for the coffee I recently tried and fell in love with since my search said it could be found here. The barrister was rude, never once did he acknowledge us as he walked to and fro. So we went to the cashier at the BAM counter and she radioed in to him to ask and he said something very rude because she had to say "I didn't catch that", not to tip us off on the rudeness. She explained the process for which the coffee beans needed to be grinded and bagged. But we opted out of it, didn't want any extra matter in the bag of coffee I was getting. I'll find my coffee elsewhere. Having a bad day, please call off!
I've been going to this place for at least 10 years, and its my favorite coffee place around. The atmosphere is calming, clean, and cheerful. The employees are so enthusiastic, kind, and always answer any questions you have. They try their best to make you happy. Honestly, they seem so happy to work there that it makes ME wanna work there. I highly suggest coming here. (The strawberry smoothie is the best! 🍓)
