Disappointing experience. Wifi is terrible, place stinks of cleaning chemicals and the barista was chatting w someone for a good 10 min while I stood there waiting to be served

I came here and they asked me my PRONOUNS as soon as I walked in.........and the coffee was very woke...............will not be returning
One of the BEST tasting Coffee Lattes. Wish they had other locations in other states. Very consistent taste (unlike many branded chains). Good service. Great location.

Generally abrasive place to be inside of. Everything is gun themed. I just want a cup of coffee not a discussion about the second amendment.

The plain latte was excellent. The two briastas helped me find prices and information on AeroPress coffee press. Did not purchase it, but getting closer to doing so
Have always been a big fan of BRCC we make sure we stop by every morning each time we are in town
This coffee ain't no joke. Go to try it out, and then plan on going back for sure.
This was my 2nd time visiting this location and it has always been a pleasant one. I always get great service and the baristas are always patient and helpful on recommendations. This time when i visited i ordered their pepperment holiday drink and it was delicous.I wish I had taken a picture of it but I chugged it too fast. It's at an easy location to find and the store is clean, as well as stocked with lots of merch and products.
Coffee was very good and the young ladies was nice.
Affordable coffee that is better than Starbucks. Would recommend this place if your in the area.
Showed up @ 6:05 p.m last night 12/27 sign on the door said closing at 6:30 walked in and the girl behind the counter yelled at my husband and I and said can’t you read we are closed son on the door? we are just finishing orders for those who are here. 6:05 mind you, no reason as to why they were closing no I’m sorry we are closing just a rude little person. I’ve tried to call the store all day and no one to answer the phone, my husband and I are BRCC members but this could truly ruin it for the brand. We always frequent that store when in the area and all we wanted to do was buy a couple of bags of coffee to take back home with us and this is how they treat their tourists. Not good for Pigeon Forge or BRCC!! Really hope someone from BRCC sees this and reigns in this behavior before it ruins them. Just an opinion from an honest upset customer!!

This place is awesome. I don't drink anything but black coffee. But, I tried a frozen salted caramel coffee. 😋 I would recommend it at least one time. If you try it once... you will never regret it.
One of my main stops when i go to the mountain mile people are always kind and always give great drink recommendation
