I gave them 4 out of 5 stars just because I feel like sometimes baristas are hit or miss on lattes (I’ve gone to the Music Row/Demonbreun location and been a little less pleased with wait time and overall latte taste). I’ve also gone to check out the first few times as a rewards member and thought that I’d had enough points, but then realized the iPad/cashier iPad was just displaying what I COULD have if I kept spending. Which is kind of a let down. I’d suggest something small for just signing on alone to the app; maybe “$15% off your first purchase” or a free baked good…

The lady taking my order was really nice but the cook in the kitchen had the lights and grill shut down and had a little bit of attitude when I ordered food. Overall everything else was great. And I loved the outcome and 10/10 recommend
Awesome loose leaf tea
One of my favorite spots to work remotely, drink good coffee, and do regular Real Estate research. It’s a great spot for new meetings as it has a casual and inviting atmosphere. Check it out!
This rating is for the customer service woman at the counter and barista she made my drinks too . She went out of Her way to serve me and Tried a couple Times to get us food 😊Unfortunately it was 4:15 the kitchen lady shut down early 😞the lady in front asks if she would make us something . We had been to the vet in franklin and Had some news about our pup . We were excited to come to Just love ❤️Brentwood (on our way back to Clarksville where we live)and we go to several of them and always enjoy the food and drinks coffee ☕️.. can you please address why things are being shut down early ? That is not Acceptable .. thanks . To the awesome customer service woman you made our day and keep up the good work !!! Thank you 5/10/23

I have been going to this Just Love Coffee location for a couple of years now. They have always stayed consistent with their level of quality in food, customer service, and ambience. The staff have always been friendly, are easy to strike up a conversation, and have been amazing. They have an extensive menu when it comes to food, coffee, and drinks. Parking is readily available and accessible around the store; it is a pet friendly place as well! The facilities are always clean and staff always come by to take plates and clean table tops. The food- including the breakfast waffle sausage/ gravy- is a hit. The chef in the back does a wonderful job. The coffee is delicious and their drinks are made by baristas who “know” the menu. Also, they have always checked up on their regulars and say hi! Thank you Just Love Coffee for providing an excellent experience!

Very tasty cappuccino, but missed the lovely foam art that Just Love usually does on their cappuccinos. I've noticed it missing from other newer locations lately, too. Maybe just because they have new employees? Hope they bring it back.
I just LOVE ordering here! The food is phenomenal and I just tried a refresher for the first time and it was delishhhh!! HIGHLY suggest! The staff is wonderful, too!!! 💙

Always enjoy coming to Just Love. The Sausage, Egg and Biscuit is one of my favorites...combined with a Toffee Coffee of course! :)
