Perfect for a quick breakfast on a Monday morning! The poppyseed with cream cheese was awesome and the double egg and cheese on sesame was delicious. Perfect bagel texture.

I'm originally from upstate NY, so when I say, I'm obsessed with Brueggers? I ain't lying. I used to eat Brueggers every morning when I lived in NY, so I'm happy to find one this far south! My favorite is the western sandwich on an Asiago bagel. But everything you get will be delicious.

The girl who made my bagel was super sweet and nice when I asked for a recommendation, the other girl could maybe speak up a bit/work on communication skills as it was hard to hear what she was saying bit I figured it out since I was just paying for my food. That said the food was good, the everything bagel was too salty for my taste but over all it was beautifully made and was good. I will definitely be swinging by again!

Do NOT use their app. We ordered on their app on the weekend before last....expecting them to run out of some bagels, but shockingly their app didn't show any sold out. Thrilled, we placed orders for some bagels and sandwiches. When we got there, they were sold out of almost every single bagel (they had four bagels left), and the lady at the register said "I cant do anything for you since you used the app, we couldn't contact you and I can't refund you, you have to go on the app and request it." Well, going on the app and requesting it is actually a contact us form. We submitted it on 2/11. On 2/14, I reached out on twitter and asked the turnaround time because we hadn't even gotten a response. They said they were working on going through the refund requests, and were on requests from 2/3. This is absurd, over a week later we will have yet to get ANY response to the request submitted. My roommate filed a dispute with her bank, but I was trying to see how long it took Bruegger's to take care of it. Clearly, I will have to dispute with the bank. NEVER again, we will not be back. The customer service is beyond poor, and the fact that people are waiting this long for all these refunds is absurd -- adjust the app so it can be marked when a bagel is out of stock, and you won't have so many orders you can't fullfill? Einstein's Bagel's isn't far, please visit them instead.

I have been coming to Bruegger’s bagels for over 10 years at least once a week. I absolutely love the food but I am leaving a bad review because of the new service and management at the brentwood location. The new manager at the brentwood location, a tall man, is very aggressive and rude to all the costumers. I have never had a good confrontation with him, which is shocking seeing I go in so often. Today I listened to him yell at a costumer for asking for 2 dozen bagels. He was infuriated by the fact she would ask for the remaining cinnamon raisin bagels, even though she was a paying costumer. He had also yelled at me a multitude of times for asking simple questions or requesting specific ingredients for my bagels. There is no excuse for his attitude. All of the other workers are amazing and I still love the food, but I cannot stand leadership as rude as this.

The absolute worst service. The older man it’s so rude. Honestly loved bruegger’s but Will never come back and will stick to einsteins! After working in the food industry, I could never imagine treating customers this way.

Ordered food with my friend and went outside to eat. It starts pouring down rain so we go inside and are told that we must leave because customers are not allowed to “hang around.” and that you have to leave after you pick up your food. Um WHAT is going on??? So we had to go back outside in the pouring rain. Big fail on the CS.

I cannot believe the service here. Walked in to grab two dozen bagels to go and was instantly met with a terrible attitude from the guy at the front. Half way considering leaving, I asked for the first dozen and he starts yelling at the guy in the back, obnoxious and unprofessional. Then I ask for the second dozen and he says "yeah, that's going to be a problem. I can't let you clean me out" in the most rude way imaginable. There were hundreds of bagels already made and you have a paying customer in front of you... wild business plan but whatever. We won't be coming back.

No dine-in service even though your website indicates the opposite. There is room inside, booths and tables but customers cannot use them.

I have been a loyal customer to this store for years. They are very busy and I always go out of my way to tip them extra because they are working so hard. Today they had a new person building my order and she seemed to get no help from the veteran associates while I was holding my 1yr old in hand. They said you “need to wait for the eggs to cook, Boss”. The tall gentlemen who said that is typically very nice, but he had an aggressive tone and look on his face when he said it and I called him out on it. His shorter coworker gentlemen backed him up and acted like I was being irrational. Either way, it was terrible customer service and made me feel like I needed to leave immediately. The tall gentlemen also said “have a good day, Boss” before I thought about leaving. Beyond this terrible incident with a long time loyal customer, the use of addressing someone as “boss” can be offensive an belittling. After several years of loyalty, I will never come back due to how awful they made me feel while holding my 1 year old. I was encouraged by Bruegger’s response on here to share my experience on their website and absolutely nothing in terms of a response. This further confirms they could care less about customer loyalty.

Do yourself a favor and order an everything bagel with whatever sandwich you get. Sandwich maker is an old school New Yorker/New Jersey guy who hooks it up every time. The cashier is also extremely friendly and welcoming.
