Coffee is excellent and enjoy the self serve option also watching the coffee process is great fun but even though an employee or maybe the owner was sitting at a table on her computer she wasn’t interested in customer service, she was only interested in making sure I paid for my shirt I purchased by walking up immediately to the kiosk to make sure I wasn’t stealing. Again, great coffee but my goodness. Coffee reminds me of All Birds coffee in Northern Virginia which is also excellent but they also have excellent relations with customers and greet them.

We visit this on every trip to St Thomas. Great local coffee roaster.

We stopped in to sample their coffee and found it to be absolutely delicious! Had a lovely chat with Jocelyn who used to be from NW Ohio. She educated us on their style of roasting. We left with several varieties of coffee, mugs to enjoy it back home and apparel to remember our lovely visit.

Great food. Great drinks. Great atmosphere. Not friendly towards indoor computer use. :(

NOT ACTUALLY A COFFEE SHOP! They are a coffee roaster with a merchandise store front. They do have hot drip and cold brew available as self serve, but that's it. No hand-crafted beverages or food available. Closed on the weekends.

Great find for a excellent quick cup of coffee just past the pier during a cruise shore excursion - cup of coffee was $2 or free with other purchases. Quirky in that it was self service. Chatting with friendly staff they are coffee roasters and don’t have full service coffee offering anymore. I just really enjoyed having a good cuppa joe in a clearly authentic coffee environment even though it was very hot outside!

I was a little surprised to find that the coffee was self-serve only, but it was delicious and free with my other purchases of gifts for my family back home! The store had a cute seating area, it was clean, and it was well-organized. My parents really enjoyed the bag of coffee I gave them, and I love my enamel pin of the company logo. I have to say though that I didn't really like that you have to enter in all of your items and then pay for them yourself in the store. I found the computer interface a little much to navigate as a customer and the staff member I asked for help with it sorta made me feel bad for asking. Great coffee and products, but service could be a little better.

Very good service and a nice selection of coffee and merchandise. The prices were reasonable and what I would expect at any coffee shop. The outdoor seating created a pleasant way to start the day and enjoy some coffee before heading off to spend time with family and friends.

Excellent coffee at this local roaster. The front coffee bar is self-service as of April 2022, but not to worry - the staff is there to answer questions, make recommendations, etc. All you have to do is ask. My partner and I had excellent cups of coffee, and we took several varieties of whole bean back home to try. So far, all have been excellent. [This was especially memorable since the standard on-board coffee was not great, and the only specialty coffee on-board was (ugh) Starbucks.] Special thanks to the young man who was roasting up front on Th Apr 21 and the young woman who (I think) was the manager. Both we extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

Fresh coffee roasters that you can watch the beans roast in the back of the shop. They have a nice selection of beans and apparel. Free cup of coffee with a $10 purchase. I took home a 1 day old freshly roasted bag of medium roast beans. My wife said they were 'just ok.' Self service.

Worst coffee we got on the island. All 4 of us dumped it out at the first opportunity. Go to Barefoot Buddah next door for better coffee and food.

Was really excited for this coffee and was pretty let down. I’m the only coffee buff in our party of 4, but even the instant coffee drinkers ended up throwing out the cups before they were done. We must have got a bad batch, but I do question the mix and the roast even if it was a bad batch. It was like all the worst parts of the fruity-ness of Ethiopian beans, but intensified into a flowery thing without the robust earthy smooth notes in pretty much every coffee bean. Not sure what happened but something in this operation, at least today, could use a serious rethink.

My wife and I stopped by for morning coffee last week. The place was very nice, and the staff were accommodating. My wife got a mocha, and I got a regular drip coffee as I recall. My wife’s mocha was very sweet with lots of milk, so I dumped some of mine into hers to make it more palatable. Mine, however, was so bitter that I dumped it at the first garbage can we came to after leaving the store. Thinking this was a one off problem, I tried their coffee at another shop on St. Thomas, but unfortunately, the coffee tasted the same as my first cup while my wife’s mocha was good. I am assuming this coffee is selected and roasted for blending with lots of milk or cream, not for drinking black as I prefer it (I usually drink espresso).

This coffee shop really blew me away, to say the least. Their Chai latte was to die for and my husband seriously vouched for their iced caramel latte. So yummy and definitely worth the trip from Redhook to Havensite. I don't even know what's in that street waffle but I could probably eat a thousand of them. They obviously do their best to be a higher end coffee shop, and it shows. Not to mention, the two girls at the front were so sweet and amazing. If you need breakfast or just want some awesome coffee/tea, definitely head on down to their little shop. It is absolutely worth your time!!!
