Great place to eat and hang out. It's located right at the cruise port in St. thomas.

The service with the new management was very disappointing. We ordered from the menu and was told items listed as "served with" were now an additional fee. The new manager said they were using old menus and he pointed out to me other items that were inaccurate. I suggested they invest in new accurate menus as they are misleading customers. I canceled my order but my friend ate and was satisfied. I had already drank from fruit punch that tasted like citrus drink. I definitely won't be back and it is based on customer service.

Do not go there if you are short on time, we arrived around 10:30, got out at about 12, the portion sizes are small for the price, the service is lack luster with poor comms, they certainly take island time (lazy time) to heart. Food arrived with no silverware, waited 6 minutes as multiple servers walked past us until our server noticed I couldn't eat my omelet without it. According to my friend the breakfast burrito was only slightly better than the none existent ones at benitos burritos. I would avoid this establishment at all costs.

Years ago this place was a great place to go but now don’t even think about this place as an option to eat at. It’s dirty and has horrible service. The waitresses don’t even greet you or anything they throw your food down and don’t say anything. On top of that it’s such a long wait cause they only have 3 servers and those same people don’t even want to come and wait on the table or greet you or even say they will be with you in a minute or anything . This place has gone down the drain completely they treat the tourist with respect but not the locals ducha disrespectful horrible nasty place .

There was a very rude lady yelling as soon as I walked in. Telling me that they are not taking any orders. No good afternoon or suttle approach. I asked if the kitchen was closed but she didn't redpond. The bartender was really nice in checking to see how long I would have to wait. 30 minutes was fine. But then my order was promtly taken by one of the chefs. Food was delicious as always!!! But some of the front staff needs to be re trained. Pleasant customer service is always key, the way you deliver information is important.

I'll start by saying that there's definitely potential foebit to be a great place to eat. BUT.... we waited 20 min just to get drink orders taken. Then another 10 for food order. Then 45 min later half of our food came. The first half od the food was cold, we the rest of everyone's food came (which had actually been forgotten to make) was hot and fresh. The waitress acted like it was an inconvenience to take our order or basically do her job. We had high hopes after reading some of the great reviews. Unfortunately we ended up in the boat with all the other reviews about the amount of time it took. I wouldn't go again only because they didn't even seem like it mattered to them what our experience was.

There is an inside/outside to the restaurant ...choose the inside for a better experience...outside can get pretty messy from the wind conditions..but comfortable. Servers on the inside tend to be more meticulous and attentive.

Absolutely the WORST place we ate at in St Thomas all week. 4 of us placed our order to a Chinese lady that barely spoke English it seemed. My son ordered a cheese quesadilla. He received a grilled cheese and she argued with me that was what he ordered. My fiance order a bacon cheese burger with ketchup and mustard. It came out with MUSHROOMS. I ordered a bacon cheese burger. Got a cheeseburger. No bacon. Daughter ordered a plain hotdog. Only order they got right. Burgers were terrible, fries were terrible. Service was horrible. That little dab of food and 4 drinks was $75 with their automatically included gratuity. Yes good food is hard to find in St Thomas, but this place is THE WORST.

Jonathan (Jay) was amazing!! We ate breakfast here, and this place is amazing. Their menu is not too big so you don’t get overwhelmed but it does have different options. Their food was delicious! I got the Golden Waffle with strawberries and a side of grits and my husband got the Delly Muffin with Home Fries. Again, the food is delicious and the service was amazing. We had Jonathan and he was very nice and fast with his service. He made sure everything was good for us and it was!

Our last stop on the cruise was St. Thomas, we went shopping and it was time for lunch. As a good Caribbean woman, I know that the locals are the ones who really know the best restaurants. We started asking questions and everyone agreed with THE DELL DECK. We decided to have lunch there and it was really delicious, the attention of the waiters was spectacular. We feel like locals, and it's near it where the Cruisers are. Highly recommended

Had the salt fish breakfast and let me tell you I almost flew back home and slapped my mom it was so good. The wait staff was super friendly and attentive. It was a little busy when we went but we still got hot food and good service. Next time I’m in St Thomas I’ll definitely be going back. Best place for breakfast we went to while we were there. Only regret is that we didn’t find it until our last day.

I stop by Delly Deck for brunch every time I’m in St. Thomas. Great food, friendly staff, and outdoor seating to enjoy the weather!

Located in Havensight near the cruise ship dock, there was indoor and outdoor seating. Loved the fact that I can get"bush tea" lemongrass, there. It was delicious but the food was just okay. I opted for the steak and eggs which I asked for it to be cooked medium but it was well done. I was looking forward to more of like an island style breakfast but that was not the case.
