My friends and I walked into this "café" thinking it was a coffee shop and man were we in for a surprise. This elegant place served up some delicious food. I highly recommend the vegan crab cake, it was arguably better than authentic crab cake. 10/10 recommend.

Thank you immensely for such a profoundly decadent/pleasurable experience. Nevertheless, I visited the establishment, courtesy of my significant other as a "blank canvas." Every item I indulged in sent my endorphins into a welcome frenzy inducing food "euphoria." I'm still basking in my entrée and dessert meal inebriation. Hence, I would like to extend the utmost highest accolades to Bethy and the Twisted Cork team inclusive of the chef that "crafted" my cooked vegetable entrée for with homespun/house made fries, topped off with literally "the quintessential" flourless chocolate torte that warrants "10" stars on a scale of "5." What. A. Pleasant. Surprise that knocked me down in an utmost complimentary way. Needless to say, I'm spreading the word and looking forward to returning. 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🤗

We went twice it was so amazing! I had lamb chops both times, they were too good to pass up (special). My wife had a fried grouper Sammy and a pan fried snapper (special) which were both phenomenal too! Garlic bread was tasty and the chocolate torte was lava cake like and delectable. I don’t think you can go wrong with anything here. Service was amazingly friendly too. Only open M-F for limited hours, make sure to stop in!

I love twisted cork for many reasons. My top are for their chicken piccata, open on Monday when most places are closed, and a great wine selection. Go here!

Beth was amazing. Dinner was great - wine selection is surprisingly broad. We ordered one of each dessert… chocolate torte won best overall.

It started out badly when the hostess asked if we had reservations, we didn't have . (Place was all but empty ) she lets out a gasp and says follow me and seats us . We waited 20 minutes for water and menus .Waitress /hostess was quite annoyed we ordered 3 Diet Cokes instead of alcohol or wine and she made a snide comment about our choices . My wife ordered iced tea ,she said it would take about 5 minutes to make some. ( it never arrived).ordered apps and dinner Stuffed mushrooms and garlic bread took 45 minutes for our apps to arrive but Both apps were excellent. Our dinners followed another 45 minutes later and the dinners were good also . we Never had our drinks refilled one time. When we were done eating we had to go up front and ask for our bill. No one checked to see how the food was or clear plates . then we had to wait while the bill was corrected and take the Iced tea off . All together two hours and 20 minutes to have a simple dinner. We were made to feel like a complete imposition. didn't wanna leave a tip at all but we left 11% on our $210 bill. kudos to the owner in the back we heard he was cooking. As Business owners ourselves if we had an employee that was treating our customers this way we want to know about it. there was never more than three or four tables in the restaurant all evening with people. It's One thing if service is slow and they're really busy. This just wasn't the case. The hostess waitress was probably in her 50s thin-and she was wearing a low cut top of some sort.

We had a wonderful dinner here - the portions were massive (almost unnecessarily so), flavors and textures were incredible, and it was a wonderful way to end our trip. Highlight for me was the salmon risotto, hands down. The salmon was cooked to perfection - still soft and practically melt in your mouth in the center. The risotto was not too overpowering. And I loved the onion crisps - the crunchiness balanced out the dish.

Cozy restaurant in Frenchtown. Be sure to specify tap water unless you don't mind paying $7.00 for a bottle of water. Food was pretty good, but not great.

The Twisted Cork in French Town was an unexpected delight. Our dinner plans fell through and we found this restaurant at the last minute. Wonderful food. Great desserts. Extensive wine menu. And a happy, family-oriented atmosphere.

I love the food here. Classics with an island flare. The fish and chips made with lion fish is brilliant. Jason as the chef is amazing. Never a disappointing meal here.

We had our first meal in St. Thomas at Twisted Cork and everything was so delicious that we came back a few days later for dinner again! The garlic bread was especially good, you must try it. Beth and Margo provided exceptional service, when we visit St. Thomas again we definitely plan to come back!

My husband and I ate here the very 1st night we were in St Thomas. My husband ordered a blackened salmon and I had a shrimp pasta dish!! Both dishes were amazing! And the garlic bread is 1 of the best I've ever had. We came back a 2nd time later in the week we were there and we were not disappoint! Plus Beth and Margo were just so friendly and warm and welcoming. They definitely make you want to come back again and again.
