If you need a place to store your luggage, I highly recommend The Pit Stop. Location is perfect if you want to shop, see the 99 Steps, Three Queens or Blackbeards Castle. Plus it is reasonably priced and they will call a cab for you when you are ready to head to your next destination.
The whole staff went out of their way to save my family vacation! I recommend the Pitt Stop to anyone visiting Saint Thomas for good drinks and great local knowledge.

Stored our suitcases here for a few hours while we walked the town before our evening flight. The fees were very reasonable, and bag drop off/pickup were fast and super-easy. Really glad we found this spot!
