A coffee shop open on Sunday afternoon! Yay! I enjoyed my donut, white mocha, and decaf Americano. They have a good selection of food/pastries. Their cinnamon rolls are huge! Nice staff. It's a great place to relax, drink coffee, and hang out with friends!

I’m not a fan of SB so I go to local coffee shops as much as I can. Good selection of bakery items and the coffee is good, not bitter. Unique select of seating options inside, a very comfortable and enjoyable place to relax and have a small bite to eat and a cup of joe.
I love the chicken salad croissants, but paying an employee less than what she is worth. Especially when she managed the store while the boss was on vacation really sucks. You've lost me as a customer forever
The drinks are always too notch. My favorite is the matcha iced tea latte. The food is fresh and the borittos are large. I'm not a skinny guy and they fill me right up! The baristas there are always great and the regulars are also very friendly and chatty.

This place is awesome. Love the locally owned vibe. Comfortable & cozy on a snowy, wintery morning. Toasted Marshmallow latte combined with the Hot Nelly breakfast sandwich really warmed me up. Only to be outdone by the warm welcome & soft smiles from staff. Love this place. Would love to go back!

If you have lots of time to waste then come here, took sooo very long just to get my coffee ☕ will not be back!
Great breakfast and mocha
We tried 3 different coffee shops in Spearfish and all were closed. Then we came to Common Grounds and was happy to find it! Great shop with many coffee flavors and a really nice menu. Will be our coffee 'stop' from now on.
Best coffee in town! Common Grounds is a institution in Speafrish. They were doing coffee very well before anyone else would do it! Very good food with healthy options and it's all delicious! The owners are the hardest working and good hearted people who care about the community of Spearfish!!! A++++
