This is a very nice cariboo coffee location. The staff is very very friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. Restaurant is very clean and recently updated or newly built. We both got malted mocha's which is the best drink on the planet in our opinions.the breakfast sandwiches and really good,they seem fresher. Than other places.the rest rooms were very clean as well as the parking lot.

Just got gas next door so they put a hold on my card, I wasn’t able to buy to drink and the nice lady gave it to me for free!:) not sure of her name but happened 4/2/2023
GREAT coffee, but don’t ask them for any special favors like last minute drinks. Customer loyalty isn’t really rewarded here. I spent $20 a day here for a year and they won’t stay open an extra 5 mins for me when I’m running late, even if I call and ask ahead of time. That’s the kind of service you get here. Great drinks though.
I had the chicken chorizo breakfast wrap which was pre-made but still delicious and the vanilla latte from here was also great. Only 3 stars though because they don’t allow you to customize any of the meals.
It was very slow. Took about 15 mins to get one coffee. Was not very impressed

This caribou location has very friendly staff and also very accommodating staff - the order app for Caribou recently had an update and essentially rendered my app useless for its constant errors when trying to complete an order. Being someone who commutes 30 minutes from out of town for work, order ahead is a necessity. Thankfully I was able to call the local store and the staff was kind enough to make my order ahead over the phone. Being a frequent visitor, I’ve never had a negative experience at this location and the drinks are always stellar.

Choose Caribou over Starbucks! They are not only the friendliest crew, but they are super quick and their drinks and food are by far superior. The Starbucks in Mitchell has nothing but crabby employees and it's awful. Don't go there!

Caribou Coffee has two locations in Mitchell, South Dakota. One in County Fair Food Grocer, and another location off of Burr Street. Caribou Coffee off of Burr Street has dine in, carry out, or a drive-thru to order.
Kelsey the new manager is a great asset. Her team under her shows life and a better spirit. There team is awesome. Order my coffee almost every morning. I appreciate these girls. And couple guys.
