They have very good coffee products, decent seating available, relaxing environment.
Horrible!!! They don’t properly train their staff - so the poor kids didn’t even know what to do half the time!! They can’t answer questions and management was rude, snotty and no respect for their team - only $$$!!! Will NEVER return until management treats their employees right and apologizes. I’ve heard horror stories before - had to see for myself. DO BETTER!!!! Maybe you guys would remain employed if you actually trained and aided your employees instead of bashing them - LESS THAN FIVE FEET FROM WHERE THEY STAND!
If you’re looking for awesome coffee served by kind people with a chill acoustic background, this is the place to go. There’s plenty of tables to study at with so many outlets I can have my entire Apple ecosystem plugged in and still have room for more. They are prompt with their service and support so many local organizations. Very clean but still has the vibe of a bit of a worn down comfort place. 10/10 this has been my go-to coffee shop for my last 4 years of college. Also they have specials each day so today I got a large for the price of a medium.
I love the service and the atmosphere. The food is also quite good. The major problem for me is the prices. You can easily spend around $40 on a lunch for 2 here. $11 for a sandwich is quite high, even with kettle chips. The older prices were still high, but much more reasonable. I'll have a hard time justifying a return trip financially, even though I like the place.
I usually love Cottonwood & have been a loyal customer for the past several years. On my visit on 8/17 the staff was very rude, did not want to answer any questions regarding food and drinks, turned music off, and turned the lights off 30min prior to closing time. My friend and I were very rudely kicked out even though we did not get a warning on early closing time. My coffee was not up to par - lots of syrup and watered down. I hope that this was an isolated event but hope others don't get treated this way.
I love their grilled roast beef panini (quite large portion size) and the Arnie Palmer was great! They don’t have any music playing so it’s pretty quiet, but if that’s your thing you’ll love it!
Today me and my friend went to have a coffee date. We ordered one chai latte and one coconut milk cold pressed. One girl took the order then after 5 min she came with our order and we were really surprised, she was back with one cold brew with coconut flavour and the other one was chai only with ice. We told her we didn’t order this. She answered: I don’t know, this is my 5th day I dnt know (was rude) we were sooooo surprised then I went to the counter then I told them what I ordered but they didn’t pay any headache. And didn’t even apologize. I was really surprised, and again I paid 10 bucks and they didn’t give any discount lol. Then after 5 min that girl came back with one coffee for my friend and we were waiting waiting and waiting. After 15 min I went again to her and then I asked her where is my coffee?? She answered me: did u order for u? Lol I paid 10 bucks. Then after 5 mins she came with my coffee. This was a really bad experience. It’s not like I take coffee once in a week. Its my day to day life routine. Usually I go to Starbucks. But if they gonna do some mess like this they always apologize and they don’t even take the money. Its ok not to understand or do a mess but I wanted an apology at least or any discount but I didn’t get any lol. It was a really really bad experience. Didn’t expect this kinda behavior from cottonwood employees. Thank you
We stopped by Sunday morning at 7:30 since their hours state they are open daily at 7am, but they weren’t open. Would be nice for places to update your hours on websites and google reviews
The staff did an excellent job in getting my blended coffee ☕️ together & out to me right on time! I will definitely come here again to get my daily dose of coffee ☕️ & all around for the awesome environment!! ❤🙂
There was only 1 dude manning the register, the bar and the kitchen, so a reheated bagel and quiche took a half hour to get, and the quiche was horrible. Coffee was the on point though.

I feel bad leaving a not so good review because I love this place… but last time I was there on 10/12/21 I ordered a hot chai, and a Ruben panini sandwich- the chai was warm and tasted mostly like milk. The Ruben panini which is supposed to have corned beef in it had roast beef, the cheese wasn’t melted, and there was hardly any sourkraut or dressing so it was super dry :( I was so disappointed

Almost every time I've been here, there seems to be a different person working, but they all seem a little unsure of exactly what they are doing. I'm not sure if it's a training issue or just high turnover. Sometimes the coffee is good and correct, and other times I'm not sure what they made for me.
Decent place.. be careful though, some of their shakes has an "oily" after taste. It could be a one off.
Great place! One of the coolest things is that they are open all the way til 9:00! (unlike a lot of the other coffee shops in the area) Thank you!
Friendly staff and good tea, but you won’t be impressed by the bathrooms. The men’s room is dirty and the toilet seat and vent fan are broken. There’s also a ceiling light in the main seating area that makes a constant loud buzzing sound. With a little TLC this place would be great.

Really chill place. Went there for lunch and was not disappointed. I got a raspberry scone and it was great! Not too sweet like I find most scones to be though the selection was limited, I cant say it upset me. Definitely wanna head there again.
