Banana pudding donuts are life changing. Everyone loved having these Door Dashed first thing in the AM.
We were on vacation with 4 kids and decided to stop here to let all our babies see how donuts were made. They were so excited! This was going to be the highlight of our day due to all the bad weather and lack of being able to go to the beach. We got there and all of them crowded the window. It was just about to get to the exciting part (where the glaze is put on) and the manager came up to us and told us that the lobby was being closed and we would have to be leaving. We felt really rushed from that point on to the point the kids could no longer enjoy it and the adults felt rushed to get the kids out of there. Then when I got to the font to checkout, I asked about the free dozen donuts since it was my birthday month. I had the app downloaded but my free dozen didn't populate because of a glitch and I even called Krispy Kreme customer service before we got there to make sure I could still use the free reward. When I asked about this the same woman who rushed us to leave told me I couldn't use it because I had to have the app for a few months but she was extremely short and rude about it. Needless to say, we all left disappointed.
This is my first taste of Krispy Kreme donuts. I like Tim Hortons donuts much better. The donuts at Tim are lighter and tastier.
Excellent service. Great donuts. What more can you ask for? I went on Sunday, May 14. Got some Sunday-only cinnamon rolls that are just awesome!!! The manager was very patient taking my order for an assorted dozen. The attendant who made our coffee was also great. #recommended #bechego

This place is amazing, and so are the people who work here. The employees truly make this a cut above the rest. Whoever owns this place give a raise to the people who worked on Easter Sunday 2023. The coffee is fresh, and the dounuts are the same.

I placed an order and was explicit about what I wanted. They did not get my order correct so I called in and he told me that he would write down that I was to get a replacement for six of the donuts. I went back about 10 days later and they had no record of it and refused to make their mistake good. I guess all the more reason to take time and sit in line and make sure that my order is correct from now on. Pretty bad when you're anticipating I do not and really want one and won't even buy one to satisfy my desire after them refusing to make their wrong right.
I had said I was never going back again as I have purchased several different times filled donuts different fillings at different times. Unfortunately when I get them home I find that they either have no filling at all or a maybe a teaspoon of filling and I paid more for the filled donuts. Today I decided to give them another try and sadly a teaspoon of filling in a stale donut. Now I admit this is the first time I had a stale donut but it will be the last. The hot and fresh are always delicious but I prefer the others when made properly.
Nice friendly staff and quick service. Donuts are always fresh. Would have rated it a 5 except it was St. Paddy's Day and their signature donuts were green on green. Supposed to taste the same but didn't.

Cool and fun place to visit!! The doughnuts/coffee were fresh and delicious. Pretty amazing to watch the creation of the doughnuts. Brought back wonderful childhood memories for my Hubs! Grew up stopping in and watching the process! Hasn't changed much on 50+ years!! You walk in and your mouth immediately starts watering!! Get ready for a sweet treat and by all means...get a few extra napkins!!
There is no debate, Krispy Kreme is the only real donut...the other donut chain taste like cake and can't compare with the lighter than air, melt in your mouth experience of Krispy Kreme!
