Terrible customer service! We looked online and it says open seven days a week! 7am until 11pm! We got there at 8:55 and the girl yelled as we were getting out of our car that they were closed! I asked what time them close and she said 9…when I said it wasn’t 9 yet she ignored me and the other family that had arrived and kept doing the garbage! Definitely makes we not want to go back! Do they know they are in a resort area?!?!

Ice cream was really good. Workers were nice but seemed really confused and maybe new. No signs telling you where to order so it was kinda chaotic.
What sucks is that I loved this place the very first time I had it. I came back here and wanted to show my mom and it was the worst customer service I have EVER had…. My husband called and they told him they don’t close till 10pm so when we get there at 857pm the girl yells we are closed and when we said we called she laughed and said to the other girl well I didn’t answer the phone and started playing the blame game. Won’t be back anytime soon
The website for this place says they are open until 11pm so we drove out to get ice cream. Arrived at 8:56pm and the doors were locked and the employees were really rude when they told us they closed at 9pm and there were signs up(which I never saw).
The ice cream here is delicious. I recommend getting one scoop because it is pretty big. The shop is very small and can get crowded quickly.
I give 3 stars due to the service being somewhat lacking. If a large is ordered you are not told you cannot have a cone until the end. Maybe there was a sign but it was not clear. Then the cup was handed to me with ice cream running down the sides. However it is ice cream. I just like to post these types of actions so the owner can work on their business and keep it strong.
Got the pleasure of meeting the owner Joey. Super nice guy and let my boyfriend and I in right before closing. We’re here for a week long vacation, and have been here almost every night because the ice cream is so good. I definitely recommend Native Joes to anyone looking for a good amount of ice cream for a good price.
Great stop after beach to get some ice cream! The prices are fair (considering everyone is going up with inflation) and service fast!
Went midday twice during the week with family. Please note it is ACROSS the Highway from Barefoot Landing. -Extremely fast service both times; zero wait time -thick, delicious ice cream; we loved our strawberry cheesecake, mint chocolate chip, cookies n cream, and coconut; very flavorful with big chunks chocolate/cheesecake/coconut, etc -kid enjoyed a strawberry banana smoothie made fresh with real fruit in front of us -lots of pleasant outdoor seating -HUGE portions and fair prices -good coffee; I enjoyed my latte with whole milk Can't wait to go back!
