Super nice employees and good ice cream
The staff is very nice and there BOBA is excellent. There cookies are very good as well
It’s a great boba shop ordered 4 drinks and all of them were good so no complaints and the one cookie I tried (banana pudding) was delicious! Just be prepared to battle traffic if going on a Saturday and it’s easy to miss via GPS if not familiar with the area. Nevertheless, it’s good, I’d stop back by next time I’m in the area.
I went there yesterday and got some cookies and boba and it was all fantastic, not just the food but the service was great. The employees were kind, funny, and helpful. If it was your first time they would help you decide what you may like and just overall a good place.
The drinks are really good but always out of something like pearls or milk tea.
The place and products are great but an employee today, April 16th, was very rude asking us to leave while we were finishing our drinks on the outside table. She approached us at 7:01 saying "sorry, I need to lock this table so have a great night". We questioned her, if they didn't stayed opened until 8 pm, (as the sign door says) she replied yes but that she needed to lock it before 7:30, which was at least 30 minutes after the incident. She didn't offer us to go inside instead or gave us a heads up she just came and expected us to leave. A customer service trainning will be great. SHORT WORDS, DRINKS GREAT, SERVICE AWFUL.

Stopped by to get 2 cookies , the s’mores and Oreo . They were very good heated up with a glass of milk
Customer service is good every time I visit but quality of goods is hit or miss. 1st visit not good, as the cookie was hard. 2nd visit was good, as all cookies were warm. 3rd visit today was not good as all the cookies were room temperature. None were warm to the touch. I’m not sure I’ll be visiting again as the quality for the price is not consistent. $14 for cookies I have to take home to put in my own oven is not what I’m interested in paying for.
Went in for cookies on my bday. Staff was friendly and even surprised me when bringing out my cookies. Got the birthday cake cookie and it was great. I'm not a cake person, so this was a great alternative. 10/10 recommend.

Great Cuban coffee and hard to find empanadas!
I'm a first time customer. Ill start with a positive.. I appreciated the customer service ...calling and informing me about the cookie issue. I had no clue the cookies were this big but I ordered 3 different types...just to see how they stacked up with other cookie places in Columbia. After spending over $4 a cookie... I figured these should be impressive... The only one we actually liked was the red velvet...and that one was just okay. I'm assuming the dough must all be the same basis..because all of the cookies had little to no flavor and the toppings were the only thing trying to help. I've never had a chocolate chip cookie that didn't taste like nothing. If you're going to charge this amount for your cookies...please taste them and make sure your giving the customer...the best experience for their money. Focusing on toppings while lacking the basics in flavor...will make others regret in spending their money.
2.17.23 about 4pm My daughter was over the moon to visit Mingos in Lexington. For boba and cool cookies! So much that we drove an hour out of our way to enjoy boba tea and fresh cookies. After arriving we took in the beautiful decor then decided to wash our hands. No toilet paper on roll but was on toilet. Trash can over flowing from paper towels. We then go to the ordering board to see which flavors to decide on. The girl at the counter told us to feel free to ask any questions. To which I ask, “which cookies are coming out fresh?” (Another girl was emptying cookie case) she very shrewdly responded with, “they are all made fresh each morning”…. Ok let’s go ahead and order a drink forget the cookie so we can sit down and enjoy our “magical” experience! Once we ordered our tea she takes the cup to the back as she is making my daughters drink she begins coughing, I’m hoping not over my child’s’ drink. Her coworker was beside her when she looks at me and says, “yeah she’s watching haha”. The girl with sinus issues hands me the drink and tells me to enjoy the rest of my day. Our experience was ruined we decided to go home and throw the drink out because I for one, am scared of another persons germs on my food. *looking up boba recipes* please if you make an investment make sure your business is being built properly not just handed over to a bunch of kids.
Got an Ooey Gooey and S'mores cookie. Both were very good. I will have to go back and try more cookies and bubble tea! Definitely check it out!
My husband loved the Cuban coffee. Unfortunately no decaf coffee beverage options for me. Took a star for that! People with Health issues and night time coffee drinkers will thank you.
The owner is so kind! The cookies are always fresh and delicious. Such a treat to have Mingos in Lexington!
