Excellent coffees and tea at reasonable prices. Cold brew is some of the best I’ve had. Chai is nice and spicy but very drinkable. Don’t discount the day-old pastries for $2 - can’t be beat. Great patio for sitting outside, provides shade or sun - your choice!

I had some time to kill in town before I flew out, and I stopped by Kudu, and I’m really happy I did. Their croissants were great and I was able to get some work done while enjoying the weather on their patio.

Went to this awesome coffee shop three times during our most recent Charleston visit! Open late hours for a coffee shop (7 pm) and has the cutest courtyard outside with a fountain and plenty of seating. Their latte is absolutely perfect-- dirty Chai is phenomenal! Friendly and efficient staff and very clean place. More than fair prices for being right in the historic district too. Couldn't ask for more! We will be back. ☕

I wish I could go beyond 5 stars! The best quiche I've ever had!!! It was so light and fluffy! After eating I went to the courtyard and enjoyed reading and people watching. It's a lovely little spot!

Really enjoy this spot instead of the chain coffee shop nearby. Excellent chai tea, and don’t pass on the homemade pop tarts.

Stopped in for some coffee to go. Staff was extremely kind and attentive. Slow drip coffee was great. Medium and flavorful. I had to get a couple muffins and am glad I did. Lemon poppyseed was awesome. Will be my go to spot while in Charleston.

Nice place! Has tasty coffee, well made food, and the service is pretty good. The only down side is that it’s a coffee shop right off the college campus and yet they do not provide wifi. I understand why, and I believe in another location the intentions would work well. But with Kudu’s location, it can be rather inconveniencing.

Ummm hello good coffee!!! Stumbled across this cafe on our way out of town and I'm so glad we did. Cappuccinos were perfect and made the right way. Can't wait for a reason to go back.

Best coffee shop in town, and only one I know of with 20 beers on tap!

A gem in downtown. We stopped for mimosas and coffee. A friend of mine brought me here since this is her favorite spot. I loooove the patio! The staff was so friendly and nice. Quick service, great drinks!

Love, love, love this place! It's a small business with great coffee, friendly employees, and delicious pastries! Be prepared,. It can take a little bit of time to get your order. But that's how it goes when you go to a popular spot.

Not only are they dog friendly, but the coffee is fantastic. We stop here every time we visit Charleston whether it's for just a few minutes or a spot to rest for an hour or two before moving on. The blueberry scones are incredible. Please have one for me because I can't eat the gluten!

Very cute coffee place with the best-tasting coffee in DT Charleston. Tried all of the coffees — Kudu is the best 🥰
